Check the Global Entry web site. It and all other trusted traveler program materials state very plainly that omissions or inaccurate information on an application are grounds for disqualification. You mention you may have stated that you visited North Korea on your application and you mention that you visited Cuba but you may not have included that information. This is why you are ineligible.

I think you meant to say inDriver, which is in fact the latest ride sharing app used by many in Colombia. It's a little different than Uber since you get to set a price for your trip and the available drivers can accept or counter your price and you can either accept their offer or counter it as well. Payments are done in cash. It's usually more reliable and little cheaper than Uber, but not always. Regular drivers and taxis use the app as well to get more business. Normally, I'll go on uber and see how much it would cost then I'll set a lower price on inDriver and 9 out 10, someone would take it. I wouldn't recommend it for first time or short term visitors, but for long term people the savings can add up.

The latest transportation app in Medellin seems to be Driver. And several girls I know use it. But I want to warn you a little. In 2006 I arrived for check in at MIA just less than an hour before takeoff and those cunts denied me making me wait until the next day and charging me extra.

Regarding your Global entry challenge 'Yes' I believe if you incorrectly marked North versus South Korea would be a major red flag if for anything not catching this before you clicked 'Send' (not busting you happens to us all). Not reporting Cuba probably didn't help either. Think the DUI thing is past now.

Before contacting your Senator or Congress-person try a FOIA (Freedom of Information Act) request against CPB Agency. May cost some $ but in your request ask the status and if denied the reason why. Then depending on their reply I WOULD raise the concern with your USA Representative. Merely submitting a FOIA may make them jump through hoops and approve you.

Most Colombians are not going to want to let someone utilize their Cedula or rent on someone else'e behalf. Because if the person who is supposedly paying the rent, utilities, cable, etc. Doesn't pay in Colombia, they will get flagged in the system. As an example, if a Colombian has a bill with EPM the utility company from an apartment they had previously had and didn't pay the bill. Guess what, EPM will not provide them with new service until their paid.

I 'm not saying you can't do what your suggesting, I'm just pointing this out, as it may difficult to find someone to do what you want to do, especially a Chica.

Last night, it was around the hours when Lleras is converting from family / dinner to party time (9-10 p). I was leaving dinner and noticed two chicas in Lleras.
