I'm glad to hear that Sayuri is back at MC. Had a great session with that lithe minx during one of my trips last year. May make MC my first Termas to hit when I arrive (usually go to 4x4 first).

I don't understand why folks get so hung up on the prices, especially when you factor in the exchange rate. Brasil is still cheaper than the cost of P4P in the Western world. If you want to pay low rates for low quality then spend your time in SEA ..... plenty of cheap Charlies there and they are more than happy. Brazil isn't a budget destination and it hasn't been for quite some time.

If things cost a little more, spend a little more, and be happy. Life is too short to nickle & dime. Just my opinion.

Apologies for using economic language, but it's funny and appropriate here. I think some people here argued that prices would come down due to the closure of Help, but I would expect the opposite. Help served as a marketplace where multiple buyers and sellers could openly compare prices. If you didn't like a price one girl gave you, you could easily go to another. Now, you will have to seek prices in a more fragmented marketplace. If you don't like one girl's price, you have to go to a different location at a different time to get a price quote.

It sounds like your only beef with Sayuri was on price. I saw her and thought she was great. When I was in Rio a couple of weeks ago, MC management said that she was "traveling," which I took as a worrisome sign.

There is a long talking about Help, but nobody posted photos how looks like now, so I took a walk for your curiosity ;)

Well, I spoke with Help girl at Balcony one week ago, she is not my type,but very friendly and I told her immediately I will not take her, but we became "friends", every night we speak, she is very friendly and good chance to me to kill the time out there for the last beer before to go to sleep, also to practice my portuguese ;)

She said it is very hard now, many girls almost do not work at all, she also said some are selling their expensive handbags and shoes for good prices, but not many girls have money to buy or are in mood to buy fashion clothes and etc. so far as they have to pay rent and food.

Interesting, when I asked her, how did started to work as GdP ? She said, brazilian guys want nothing more than fuck, she went many times to discos or to bars, when she was not a hooker and she was approached by brazilian guys that just asked her, come to my apt, let's have sex....almost no conversation, no romance and etc, so she thought, at least that's waht she told me, why I should open my legs with a local that next morning leave forever ? I decided to open my legs with gringo, I started to earn money and have much better time, sometimes a bit of romance too.

If I just have to have sex, let's at least get some money.....

Funny as I mentioned I go to termas and she asked me tons of questions about prices, if the girls there are so nice, if they work....how the hookers in Europe and what about the price there....we are a sort of friends and every night I asked if she wants something to drink and she refuses.

She is not my type, but definetely good person.

I am almost thinking to ask her if she agrees to go one night to normal disco together, I will pay her entrance and drinks, if she will intruduce me to girls and help me to collects phone numbers :D

DSK, If you have the economic means to pay a girl 500-700R for TLN, then I am happy for you. I wish I could do that too, but unfortunately, I cant. I am in a situation where I can only afford to pay what I believe is reasonable and fair market value.

If you can afford to pay triple my price, more power to you! I am not wealthy, but I would hope that you would want me to have fun in brasil, just like I hope you have a ball too!

Sayuri is sexual beast in the bedroom!! I have fucked her a number of times at 4x4. I am not trying to talk shit about her at all because I think she is really nice person. We couldnt come to an agreement over the price, but I dont hold it against her at all, if she isnt willing to take my 200R, there are hundreds who will. We are still cool with each other and she gives me hugs and kisses when I see her.

Sex services is on of the few services where paying more does not mean you are "getting more". I done the 400TLN thing, and the 1/reais per minute thing. Usually, I have more fun with the cheaper spots vs. the top spots/women becuase I find the cheaper ones are usaully more out to please.

The only really good experinace I've had paying 350r was a girl that chased me for 3 nights in help. On my last night, I finally gave in a she was a blast! But I think this only happened becuase she knew she had to work for the 350r.

The most disappointing fuck I ever had in Rio came from a girl that I paid 300r too. Just had to have her upon seeing her. She was fine; but there was no chemistry, and she was clearly not interested in my satisfaction.

There is some truth to that but not 100 percent true because help's quality was poor so nobodies fantasy is to be with ugly women.

I haven't really found any reviews on it in this forum (well, the word "week" is not a very user-friendly string to use in searching this board).

Sure. I wish every male the right to bang hot women and have great sex. But it doesn´t change the fact that Brazil isn´t a good place to think you can still hook up with a smoking babe and spend all night with her for less than US$100. If you haven´t noticed, Brazil is becoming more developed. It´s not a third world country and more importantly Brazilian people have to grapple with inflation, ie. everything there is getting MORE EXPENSIVE as opposed to staying the same price & forget about it getting cheaper. 150 Reais doesn´t go as far as it used to, so they have to charge a little more every time. Not so different than the USA - how much less can US$100 buy me this year compared to 10 years ago? But I digress.

The simple fact is that though I don´t consider myself to be weathly, I do have a lot of disposable income & I don´t like to waste too much time haggling with a hottie when the difference between 150 Reais and 300 Reais doesn´t mean much to me after factoring in the exchange rate. That´s just me. I´ve had great experiences for relatively low costs just as well I have had great experiences while dropping $1,000 Reais. It´s just money .... but the experiences are priceless.

Actually I just arrived in Rio this morning. It is hotter than a Mexican´s lunch down here (approx. 40 degrees celsius). Looking forward to hitting the beaches.

That's insane, but hey that's you and you can do as you please. Problem is not everybody has a lot of disposable income and not everybody feels like "it's just money" so when you drive the price of ass up you basically make it harder for everybody else who doesn't share your "its just money" feelings.
