However, if you don't have a car or not taking a taxi, Sharks is easier to get to; a bus from the airport to Darmstadt Hbf (2 km from Sharks) is 24 minutes and like 2-3 euro. A train from Frankfurt Hbf to Darmstadt Hbf is also about 20 minutes and cheap.

I don't drive when I go to the clubs because I want to feel free to drink beer if I feel like.

Oase is not convenient via public transport and a taxi from Frankfurt is 40 euro the return trip is close to 50 euro.

My place is not the full distance, but by best route on meter can be just over 30 Euro. Should be possible to get back to Frankfurt Main for 35 Euros or so, not more than 40. I am close to the Palace. Taxi drivers will try to take long ways to get back to maximise their bill. Its best to agree on a price of 35 up front.
