Came across an independent thro CG and contacted her. She responded promptly and agreed upon the terms:

3. If don't like just pay Rs. Xxx- for conveyance.

Conservative society-more risk to do business, hence less supply, those who have enough money will go high end and other cities. Etc. And some dudes drive the prices northbound due to more blood supply in south direction. Anyways I appreciate you took a balanced stand. after going through this forum i had no expectation from chennai at all to say the least. in any case this would be my 2nd mongering experience as such.
