I am now in Phuket, and am considering to go to Pattaya in 2 weeks.

What soapy massages are open?

Are the regular massages with extra's also open?

Thanks for the housing suggestions. I will use every one of them. I think I will get some place short-term and then look around, but I'll also use the youtube and other suggestions to find the best place. There are a few things I really want in a place, so I'm going to be more picky than I would usually be. For example, I tore a muscle in my stomach last year. The gyms were closed and it's been harder to rehab that injury, so I want a place with access to a fitness center, if possible, even if I have to pay a bit more.

As it works for you.

But if you treat the working girls / ladies solely at a transactional level, then you'll solely get a transactional service from them.

Nothing wrong with that, and in places like Bangkok and Pattaya where the girls are the "hardest of nuts" it's probably the safest way to treat things. But IMHO you will miss out on possibly great interactions doing it solely that way. And away from Bangkok and Pattaya into the less intense punting spots, like around the bars of Phuket (Bangla Patong area excluded), Samui, Hua Hin and other smaller ones you will definitely miss out much more often than you would score with that approach.

I routinely consume 3 sets of clothes a day if walking around in the tropics then go out at night. 😁.
