Three years later I'm working on a dorm for the first time and I saw how the inmates were out of hand. I asked my captain to continue to work me in that area because it needs better control. During my three days off they experience a little insurrection. They assign me and a veteran officer over the dorms. After a two week rotations; we had the area spotless and the drama down to a minimum.

My deputy warden then came to me and told me I will be the next sergeant in our institution.

I said that to say this. Not much is going to stop Sosua and the P4 P scene, however, IMO some guys conduct are unknowingly making it worse before it gets better.

Cartagena Colombia wasn't having that shit. With the influx of new mongers; that area was becoming the new Sosua fast. The code of conduct was being abused and the Country put an end to that real fast.

I also worked in correction at one time and can appreciate your story. I have banged about 50 girls this year in Sosua. I have lost count but I think I have had 8 trips. Only paid more then 3500 pesos one time. Almost all asked for 100 if approached in the evening. All but 1 accepted 3000 with little negotiation. There was one girl I had been with in the past who is one of the best lays I have ever had. I paid her a 100 and it was worth every dime. She looked like Gabriel Union and fucked like Vanessa Del Rio. I had no issues getting prices I was comfortable with and I was banging some very attractive girls. In the DR vendors always ask for twice what they are willing to accept. My 50 girls is dam good sampling and I require quality when I pickem. I had some of the best sessions I have ever had on my last trips in this past December and November. Durandpaul was 100% right when stated there were so many gorgeous girls in the past that it was tough picking just 1. It was trully over whelming. Classicos was a dream come true. Easily 20 or 30 10's every night. However you can only do 1 at a time and picking between 10's is a struggle. It is easier now because you can settle one preety girl and move on to next later. I have seen very few negatrive reports from guys who actually go to Sosua.

Expats have time on their side and have patience plus they shop in other spots. The weekend warrior is pressed for time and the girls see that desperate look on their face and are trained to capitalize on this. Expats know how to patronize the outer bars and spend time there to get the waitresses there on their day off for GFE, weekend warriors can't do this.

I find it hard to believe guys are going up in Baileys and getting anything below 5 k pesos for this reason. Girls talk like we do. They all see each other every day in Baileys, in the salons and walking the street. They are unionized and together. For one to offer a weekend warrior a special deal could cause problems with the pimps and the girls and jeopardize her future employment there. These street girls are cut throat. They will slice a girl messing with their money. It's more acceptable for them to offer an expat outside of Baileys a side deal.

I'm surprised your boy was offered a 20 minute deal. It shows the lack of respect they have developed for us. She comes in and takes a shower, then 5 minutes of foreplay and fuck for ten minutes. Then asks for a tip. LOL.

Including police harassment girls from everywhere stopped coming to Sosua. When restrictions are placed any mongering place goes down in value and talent. No mongering place stays the same year after year but closing nightlife establishments have negative effect.

Very rarely I do ST. Always overnight. Many a time if we click stay together more nights. Sex always gets better with familiarity and trust.

Cost has gone up all over the world. Deal with it or get out of the hobby. Cannot blame other mongers. Some splurge but they are a minority.

Matter of fact no girls in Bailes will say no to 5 k for 1 hour at Bailes. Most of the girls asking for 80 or 100 usd will go for 3000 to 3500 peso. From my last trip I remember only 2 girls wanting 4000 during the day at Bailes. Yes prices are going up. Girls have a union but let not generalize things based on what someone said. Prices follow a normal distribution. Mean is 3000 peso. I have been there 3 times in the last 4 months.

Let me give you the perspective from a street girl. The girl who looks good, changes her outfits twice daily, and is always in the salon is the star. They know she is getting money and idolize her. The girl that goes with guys but is always broke, is usually cast out and ridiculed. The goal is to get a sucka that goes all in and still run her game. We see it, the western union poppi, the guy who wants to buy her a salon and the guy who pays her to stay out of Sosua.

It's a treacherous life where girls can end up with a slice across her face. Pimps are in Sosua watching and know who makes money. I'm saying they have a standard for hustling. Girls that go below the minimum don't last on the street and in Baileys.

Dominicans get the best deal followed by expats but weekend warriors are the target audience sitting in Baileys.

There are no independent girls working the streets of Sosua, they are connected somehow for protection. Those days ended many years ago when you had the local girls from La Union, Montellano and Puerto Plata, now the Santo Domingo hustlers are running shit. It's big business and the pimps are watching.

The expats know the hustle and play it accordingly. They have a glorious life fucking the same girls that weekend warriors fuck, for half the price. That's why I have always preached learn from an expat, but guys don't want to bond and learn. They think they are slicker than the game. So now we have girls going from fucking all weekend for 40 usd to hourly fucking. Today we found out they want 20 minutes. The game is fucked up.

But it's not over yet because for a few there is good advice. State your price and not theirs and stick to it. Shop outside of spots like Baileys and known high priced spots. Look for girls that have dignity and even though they trick don't deal with rapid, overpaying tourist who spoil them. It's still fun if you know how to play it.

I hung at treehouse 2 every night. Baileys I didn't want to go in, but my boy dragged me in there. Personally I didn't like the vibe, dudes sitting around acting like they were the shit and girls looking like voltures. It was some fine girls there but they all seemed predatory. Personally I'm not an hour fucker, so that's not in the equation for me. I see how how you operate and I will always respect you game.

Treehouse 2 was a special spot for me because they had standards. Chica had to pay to get in. No street trash and they had good music. Pool, and nice atmosphere plus nice waitresses. I found a Gem there sitting by herself sipping wine. First time I pulled in Sosua 2 years. She said 3 k for all night. After the first session she said she was hungry and wanted to go get a hamburger but I was tired and just paid her to leave, no problem. I also found a nice after hour spot by the curve to Terra Linda, can't remember the name. Playa Chaqita is also the after hour spot. Just offering other spots besides Baileys.

Sousa is still fun but look at the side bars for action IMO.

IMHO 80% of the girls I have seen these past 10 days are a 6 or lower. If you remove the silicon inflated females, that leaves a very small percentage of attractive women. When you walk into Baillees there about 5 girls waiting to get in because the restaurant limits how many girls can get in. When you walk in on your right are about 8 girls at tables looking for work. On your left you will see 10 to 15 on the back rows. Sprinkled throughout restaurant another 10 to 20 girls depending on time of day. These girls are competing for customers. Usually there are less then 20 potential customers. The girls try hard to get the attention of the guys posted up. On the street there are girls who will go for 1500 but they are the serious hardcore dominican and very poor haitian girls. Nobody should pay 5000 pesos for short time from the girls in Baillees. Expats seem to think weekend warriors are crazy to pay 3000 pesos because they have some local girls who will go for 1000 pesos. I think if I lived in the DR I could get all the quote free pussy wanted. Prices have gone up but 60 dollars for the quality of girls will still get my ass on a plane 6 o'clock in morning with a smile on my face.
