I called the hotel myself and they told me they charged a fee. And people on Tripadvisor posted the same thing as well. I'll post a pic of the review but one guy basically said if they are busy enough during the day they might just miss a girl coming up. Highly unlikely though. I tried this same stunt at the Marriott and it did not work. I brought the girl in when it was super busy. They didn't have a chance to ask about her or anything but about 15 minutes later they called my room telling me I had to register the guest. I am assuming I was being watched on camera because how else would they know what room I was in? I don't have Gold status but honestly I don't think it matters in Medellin. I will stop saying to post in the Medellin Hotel section LOL. I give up.

I'm not sure if you guys watched this video on this guy who got robbed by a girl he met on tinder but I think you all need to watch it.

Cliffs on the story:

- Gringo meets girl on tinder.

- Girl drugs and robs man.

- The following day the girl and her team breaks into all the rooms of the Airbnb and steals multiple items from multiple people.

- Guy does investigative work, gets police involved, he gets back his ID's & credit / debit cards but the perpetrators don't get arrested, the police gives him some crappy excuse and I can only assume they paid off the police.

Stories like this is why I stick to casas and strip clubs.

Not too exciting.

Never hide your shit in the same apartment. It's hard to believe they came back to rob him again. After seeing so many warning messages here, I will definitely take a lot of more precautions this time.

I went to meet my friend at hotel to go out together. I was in the lobby trying to call him. The lobby guys in the meantime asked me who I was there for. I gave details, they checked my ID, but didn't keep it, and called him up to check it was OK to send me up. I went to the room. He and a girl were there. He introduced me to the girl. He said she was with him since last night. We left the room together and went to the attached mall where he got money for the girl from the ATM. We returned to the hotel lobby, where the girl picked up her ID. She took a cab and left. After that I specifically asked my buddy if he had to pay any extra fees to the hotel. He said no he didn't pay anything extra, and he was having one or two girls visit him or overnight with him everyday. They only had to leave ID at front desk. He said he stays at the same hotel Everytime and they let the girls in, and don't charge a fee. He has gold or higher status and always gets upgraded to a suite. He is also a generous tipper. I saw him tip the hotel manager or similar, 100 USD, so that may have something to do with it, but he tipper at checkout. So maybe they remembered him from last time. That's all I know about it. I have never tried it, I don't know what pull he has.

Hence the whole building got robbed. So given my own personal experiences as of lately, I now realize how dangerous our hobby is here in Colombia compared to most other places in the world. And what is disappointing is that prostitution is legal here, but you still have to watch your every step here.

I got an e-mail that indicated the bar at the Mansion was going to have a New Year's Eve party this year. Lleras will be crammed with people. Many of the chicas will be with there families or friends, but some will not. Whether because family went out of town and they stayed behind or they want to party with a gringo who will pay the bill or they are just alone.

But for me, the reward is too high that makes the risk acceptable. In nowhere on earth, I can find this many smoking-hot 18-21 years at this price (I know you can find Asian girls in South East Asia, but I don't dig Asian girls). I think two things that made Medellin stand out as a world-class mongering destination: the amount of mongering options available, and the willingness and the quality of girls.

Just imagine if lots of people spoke English and it wasn't dangerous here in Colombia, it would of been totally run over and ruined by Mongers years ago, and unfortunately it's been headed in that direction for a while as more and more Mongers are coming here. Your a perfect example, no Spanish speaking skills which can be a serious impediment which I'm sure you realize, yet your here because of what can be found, even given the risks.
