If you say "no", the girl knows she has no "standard" to meet, and will probably give you reduced service. If you haven't been there before, chances are you mighn't come back either, so she has no interest in you.
If you say "yes", she will know you have expectations, and may try harder. She wants business for herself, not the shop,

Next time was in a hurry so booked 30 minutes only and no extras. Was told that it is included in 45 and 60 minutes but you had to ask and tip ($20) if you wanted it in a 30 minute booking.
