I checked back in the forum a few months, but couldn't find anything about the prive at Alameda Jau 480. ABG, you mentioned you might go check it out. Since it is walkable from my hotel at the Universal Flat, I wonder if it would be worth a try. Abracos, Hd2
So what does a guy looking for fun on a Sunday do? Any other suggestions would be appreciated.
Hey Sorcerer. Search the SP board using 'Sunday' and you'll find lots of information. This question is asked every month or two. There are many things you can do on Sundays. Enjoy!

I tell you even GdP are seldom availbale on Sunday.
Very very few are, maybe thos emore in need (why? Not attracting many customers?)
Matter of the fact is that clinicas and GdP cater the local residents and not the tourists.
Locals really spend the Sunday with family.
You go to a clinica weekdays and you will see local customers taking a break from the office or heading to the clinica before going back home.

I never had problem myself to book a GDP on Sunday but you have to work a little bit harder than usual.
In fact my very first experience with a GDP in São Paulo, almost ten years ago, was a Sunday evening with a freelance GDP: Maya.
When I called her. After several unsuccesful attempts to book a GDP. She said that she was on the highway because she was coming back from Londrina (her native town). It was around 8h00PM and she met me at 09h30PM (If I'm not mistaken she was living then in Higienopolis and my hotel was located in Pinheiros).
Things to do in order to have a GDP on Sunday.
1) Prebook during the week in order to set up a rendez-vous with the GDP of your choice.
2) Go to a boîte such as Café Photo, Bomboa, etc and make a deal with a GDP to spend the whole Sunday with you (expect to pay more!)
3) Make a long list of GDP. Let's say 30 or 50. And call them Sunday. You'll be able to find at least one who is working on Sunday (that's what I did when I met Maya. After half-a-dozen unsuccesfull phone call to other GDP I found her).
For those who visit São Paulo regularly.
1) Have a girl friend (pro or non-pro)

He then asked what to do on Sunday. I do not think he is one who will start days or weeks on advance in investigating the market, creating liasons etc etc.
He is certainbly looking for the quick fuck, on a Sunday.
