At least it affects the price right up to the point when the girl who used her last 20 k for the taxi to Parque Lleras realizes she's going to be stuck walking back to Bello.

The girl in Gusto is going to hold out for 400 k, all the way to closing time. When she's standing around, watching all the customers disappear, her price becomes a lot more negotiable.

However, the small number of girls in Lleras being overpaid by the small group of gringos doesn't change the price in the casas or on the streets of El Centro. It doesn't change the price on Facebook.

Uber eats charges a bit more for delivery fee but I notice they service all the same restaurants as Rappi plus a few others. I recommend getting an account on both. I'm pretty sure you can change the language setting on uber eats. Check that, I haven't actually tried the language setting but I think I remember seeing the option.

With an early Tuesday morning departure back to the US to spend the holidays, I decided to make the most of my last day and a half. I contacted one of my El Centro Sweethearts and told her to meet me by the Veracruz Church at 5 PM on Sunday night. We walked about 100 meters and checked into our luxury suite at the Villa Real Hotel. So with four leches in twenty four hours, this old farts saddlebags are empty.

When I came back in October one member PMed me and ask how it was to be home and I told him it was like coming off a cocaine high, I was broke, depressed and working on saving more money for my next fix. My next trio I am going to mix up the mongering a little and mix in some time in El Centro to really budget shop. For those of you (I will hope to be one as well next year) that play with the Vennies in El Centro, are you mostly just bringing them back to your room via taxi / uber? I guess my main question is, if staying in Laureles Airbnb, do you guys just go poach and bring them back to your room? Or do these chicas have little setups somewhere there? Sorry for the ignorance. They represent everyone including markets, liquor stores, and pharmacies. If you go in the EXITO in Poblado you will see Rappi employees filling orders. And it's just like UBER in that you get alerts when the orders have been filled and a live tracking of the delivery. I don't know anything about Domicillos but I think Rappi is much larger.

But again I was told Rappi would deliver anything, including cash from ATM, or that jacket your chica left in your apartment. I too saw them filling orders in the Carulla near my apartment. I'm going to San Andres next month with a college student from Barranquilla. I put her in charge of finding accommodations for us. I told her I will give her 300K per day to pay for the room and whatever is left she can keep.
