Not to buy online but to see which of the stores carry it. I couldn't find just Dapoxetine in their stores in Delhi but Dapoxetine 30 MG + Sildenafil 50 MG (the SUTRA 30 X) is available in Vasant Kunj Medplus store. You can find the exact location through their store locator page.
I didn't do a proper search for just Dapoxetine, but you can spend some time and see if it is available anywhere in Delhi NCR.
