I'm headed to MDE finally for 9 days in January. After reading the past 200 pages and taking notes I have 2 questions:

1) What are the up to date hrly hotels with hot water in centro? I understand hotel premier plaza (16 k), Calle real (22 k), and hotel zona rosa (13 k) are the main ones. (and possibly Ensensonte (12 k) along with these.).

I understand these are hourly rates, Do they have daily rates as well, say if I wanted to set up camp there? I'm looking to bring the SW back for 2 leches, say spend an hour and half with each one for GFE, shower and shit. I figure 50-60 k will do the trick.

2) how much is a good tip for the front desk / door guys? 5 k? 10 k? Considering I'm going to be spending all of my 8 days hanging out in centro though I'm staying near estadio, I want to make sure I get good treatment from the staff. I'm fluent in Spanish.

With Colombian cops as well, they are mostly trying to make sure law and order are uokept than anything else. I went with the prettiest and got a perfunctory amateurish massage, followed by a bbj and cowgirl. Cost was around 150 k plus 30 k for the uncovered BJ. Not bad service but not great either. Far better deals to be had elsewhere. I went to Om spa a few more times as it was near my rental and it kind of was my fallback place for when my FB date stood me up and I couldn't find anything else. They were way better at massages and knew how to tease, but would never offer anything more than a happy ending, and only if you tipped like 50 k. Figure with 3 different places, at least 1 will be chica friendly and I'll get to try more different things.

I've done tantric massage in Thailand before and it was great. That was actually what made me interested in learning a little about it but maybe that'll need to be for my next trip back there. I actually was thinking of doing the guatape trip but there is a deal on trip advisor for only 37 $. While I enjoy many aspects of the game, I enjoy the chase. Finding a SG for a quick 30 minutes has its place. But a good night for me is chilling with a fun chica for a while over drinks, flirting and then heading back to my place. I spent a lot of time reading and I'm considering Lleras a must visit at least one or two nights. I have a pretty good understanding of the chica pricing structure. But, what should I expect for drink pricing at a bar? Is there a gringo price and an inflated chica price? I ask because in my Tijuana trips, I often spend more money on alcohol than chicas. The most expensive beer at Beer Store by Lleras park is about 15 mils. Beers are cheaper in El Centrol. The lowest price I know at places where you can have sex on site cost about 4 or 5 mils for local beer. Strip clubs cost just a little more. The lowest price I have seen is 2 beers for 5 mils in a local bar.
