It has been sometime finding worthwhile to share in AUH forum. Got to know of the new genuine massage center in a mezzanine floor of a residential apartment. Went on a weekday at 4 pm and had choice of 2 PRCs and 2 Thais and choose a PRC. Proper massage table and wooden doors with lock facility which gave hint of extras. Tested the waters by asking why no other African girls and she asked why and I said I generally get to see them in Dubai parlours and she asks me you go to Dubai for massage and I said yes since I get good massage with particularly good at one certain part. I've never been able to get some of the steals that have been described on this board. What do I mean? I mean that even at the Ally Pally, not a single PRC that solicited me (and that's how it works there. From the moment you walk in) was willing to even talk for less than 600-700 AED for ST! I had this one experience where I walked in to the Ally Pally and THREE PRCs wouldn't leave me alone and insisted I take all three. They wanted 2500 for the three of them. Yeah, right. 2500 for three Russians. Yeah, I'd probably go for that. But PRCs? Give me a break. I negotiated them down to 1800, but still. That's way more than it ever should be.

So, needless to say, I steer clear of the bar scene these days. I'm not trying to say I'm racist, but I don't like PRCs or Africans much anyway. If I were to go for a WG, I'd go for a Russian / Ukrainian / Iranian or Arab (I know, small pickings). However, given my shortfalls, it doesn't appear that this is feasible. At least not for an affordable price. Plus. I would need to get a hotel room, because my apartment security is like Fort Knox and a lot of my work colleagues live in the same building as me.

What this means is that I've pretty much resolved myself to the AMP scene. It's considerably cheaper, the outcome is generally the same, and if I choose properly I also get a good massage out of it. I've explored a number of the places on this board. Sometimes my experiences are similar and sometimes they are different. For example, everyone raves about how great the 19th floor spa is. I went there once and there was not even a hint of any extras. Will not repeat. There are some other places. Like the place near Corniche Hospital. Where the experience is hit or miss. First time there, no extras. Second time, great extras. Third and fourth, no dice. Will not repeat.

I've tried to find the place with the name of a mythical bird, but google maps and their own website are not very helpful. Plus, parking in that area is a nightmare. Given the lack of looks and good massage skills, perhaps it's for the best.

For me, the two most reliable spots are near the Souk Central Market. One is on Airport Rd. Between Hamdan and Khalifa (on the right, going north toward the Corniche). This one is 200 AED and extras really depend on the masseuse (Thais are generally a go and Flips not). The other is the popular one behind the Du building. This was hard for me to find at first because the directions on this website are often convoluted. What the hell does "opposite" mean? To me, it means across the street. Well, the place behind Du is not across the street. It is in the block of buildings behind Du and the Souk. If you walk along that main Road (forgot the name. It's the one that connects hamdan and khalifa one block east of Airport Rd) you will see the name and phone number of the building near the Liwa Exchange.

So, why this place? Well, it's cheap. Walk-in price is 140 AED. I've had five massages there and all were excellent. Even if there were no extras, it would be worth it. The facility is a bit run down, but the staff is good. No lookers there, but all good at massage and they most certainly offer extras. Now, HJ is +300 AED. I know some here balk at that, but hear me out. The net cost to you is 440 AED. Many of these other places are 225/250 + 200 for extras. So the price works out the same in the end. The other thing is that they don't rush. They take their time. I am a quick one, and they recognize that so they back off.

Again, no real lookers, a bit run down, but a damn good massage and very good technique. I don't think other extras are available, though the friend of my preferred masseuse texted me after I left last time. It was a lot of unintelligible Engrish, but I think the lady was asking me if I wanted a 'date. '.

I've been very inactive for a while due to various reasons main one being that I have no overnight access here or Dxb and lack of opportunity here in the afternoon time cept AMPs. I popped into the above spa just off Salaam Street and near Kia Motors last Thursday. Booked a Thai lady called Anna as a recommended lady who I have yet to try wasn't available.

Anna's pretty good with massage, not an expert but she knows how to make you relax. After about 20 mins of nice oil massage she asked if I wanted the special like last time. I offered her 200 extra as I've been with her before and came pretty close to a BJ and possibly more. It was a while ago and although she stripped down to her knickers and rubbed me everywhere there was nothing beyond a HJ. Which was still more than acceptable. After finishing she cleaned up (each room of the spa has a little sink and shower room which is handy) and massaged me more until the time was up which was a nice touch. I have made one journey into the Ally Pally and left totally unimpressed and ripped off. I was immediately hit on by a couple of PRC's, Mimi and Shan. They were both older, I. But maybe be better I keep that for me and you continue to spend a fortune on HJ's.

After hearing so much about the place, since I had business this weekend in town, I made my weekend stay at the hotel with the 49 er at the top. The hotel was priced reasonably. The junior suite was clean, A / see working great, front desk people were nice and courteous. Those are the pluses. However, the charge for wifi is anoying, there is nothing in the fridge. They made up by the fruit dish and the large bottles of drinking water (I like it much better than the tinny flimsy ones at other hotel).

Paid the cover charge 100 AED and received 2 drink tickets a hand stamp (hate it, still visible next morning even after a good washing). The room was loud and packed with what I would say a good selection. Some are more oustanding than others. The majority are PRC so if you are into Asian, this is the place. Struck a conversation with a PRC girl named Yen-Yen, she is not the best looking of the bunch (all PRC) but somehow we clicked. Agreed on 500 for ST (as I am the kind of guy that usually fast fall asleep after f*ing). Out of the corners of my eyes saw some what look like CIS or eastern Europe and said to myself "next time!

Yen-Yen seems to know the drill, after we are in the elevator she press "G" for the ground floor, and said to my inquisitive eyes "must register at lobby. My second time at this establishment was also a pleasure. Walked in early just to see if the advise about timing was true. Yes, with emphasis. The later ones are better. The early crowd was not much to look at. There were a few PRC in the 4-6 range. One looks very doable but with heavy makeup and more mature ( 30) than my liking.
