Today got calls from 3 spas asking to come over and offering good discounts, booked two in a row and enjoyed at both the places. Then too saved approx 3 k in damages and tips.

Bro, think of it this way -.
A typical therapist in a well running spa does an avg of 2 therapies on a weekday. 160 working weekdays excluding some vacations for her (say Thai therapist). 1 k tip per extra = 3. 2 L per year.
Assume she does 4 therapy on a weekend or holiday = 400 therapies. Approx 4 L here.
20 K salary = 2. 4 L here.
So the girl is earning about 10 L per annum, post taxes. This excludes any commission her spa pays her per each therapy (which is a smaller amt).
So the girl earns 80 K, maybe 1 L a month already. If you offer her 20 K, she has to create time from her typical 6 day a week, 10-11 HR work schedule, on top of which she does the cooking / household share if she's like a typical thai / NE therapist.
How appealing would that extra 20 K sound to her, in light of all of the above? Gifts will do much more than the money will, IMO.
