For those of us who have been to Colombia know you're lying. Colombians love black men, they love them even with the same characteristics you mentioned. She said some "out of the money quote" so I said you must not like me and started to walk away. She relented quick and quoted her so called "minimum' which was below what I would have countered if I had opened my mouth. Good thing I wasn't quick to negotiate with a counter rate. It turned out to be one of my best encounters.

Anytime some one quotes you a price give a counteroffer and if the price isn't lowered simply walk away;.

A good example is going to Playa Chiquita when it's full. I never wait in line. I will just go to the front of the line and add 50 pesos on top. Same thing for getting a drink, on a busy night you can wait 5 to 10 min to just get a drink. If they know you will tip all you have to do is give the money to whover is the cashier and you will get your drink right away. I do that in DR very often and I do the same in US. I just hate to wait.
