Pattaya Reports

It seems to me that there is an acute and severe shortage of attractive girls in Pattaya now, while on the other hand more and more guys are arriving every day. The very few bars that have opened as restaurants are having a sausage fest every night. It seems owners and the agencies can't get their shit together and get the girls back. Soi 6, LK Metro and WS are still black holes, altough the back of iBar is now open as "New York restaurant" with gogo prices for drinks. Was there Thursday night, maybe a third full without attractive girl options. Treetown is still the place to go, with the crowded Area39 being the top spot in town. Here you see the occasional 7-9 girl but it is an absolute seller's market and you hardly have a chance without a couple of top shelf bottles on your table. That is if you have one. Then, following a night of drinking and a sizeable check bin, you might score a half wasted working girl. Not my thing. Even here man to girl ratio is bad. Lot's of guys from Bangkok around for the long weekends and festivals. Thaifriendly is getting a seller's market too, at least in the 7+ category, it seems the few better girls rather spend their time with their friends in Treetown partying and hunting for younger guys. Many popular TF girls moved down to Phuket. Also I am quoted on TF more often 2000 for ST now. Better chances on TF daytime but again, not my thing. All in all the big Pattaya reopening has not happened at all, don't let the videos of the crowds fool you, and until the girls return in large numbers, Pattaya is a sad shadow of its former self. I am patient, as I am here until April, but now I do have the occasional boring night, as I checked all the (few) options and they are not too appealing to me. At least the weather is good.

The laws of supply and demand are inexorable, though, and the ladies will come to Pattaya soon. In the meantime, I am not so much a hansum man.

I'm no longer in Pattaya. Have benefitted a lot from posts on this website during my stay in Thailand so I'll share a nice girl I found.

Only have her twitter, Gunyaluck20. It took me a while to get her to respond to my messages there. She is 20, beautiful and knows how to have fun. Has not been there too long either. She was a bit difficult with communication in the beginning, but in the end I was happy I was patient because she was a real and good person.

I always used New York Restaurant to walk in to rear of iBar. Pre-COVID usually not even a security guard there. Are you saying that iBar has now taken over New York Restaurant or has New York Restaurant "expanded" into the old iBar?

You enter through the New York entrance from a pitch dark and deserted WS, then walk all the way to the back and over to the ibar terrace over the water. The ibar entrance is closed, so is the long wide corridor leading to the terrace, there is a partition just behind the pool tables. Everything is branded New York Restaurant but it is the same old ibar setting, you can even ask for your old bottle from before the lockdown and use your insomnia member card. I heard it really picked up over the long weekend now, so I will soon check it out again.

I am quite familiar with the Hotel Marriott on Soi 2 as I am member of their athletic club when I reside in Bangkok. Rooms can be quite expensive, though perhaps you got a bit of a Covid discount for your stay, but agree that I would not bother taking a Thai girl to this hotel, nevertheless two, as it would be a waste of money better applied elsewhere.

As you can see, there are plenty of other three star options scattered alongside Suk and adjoining Soi's. I can think of several that would would offer more economical options. Needless to say, the brunch and dinner are also relatively pricey, though I do like their coffee shop and bakery.

There are maybe 1,000 tourists arriving every day, so the ladies are busy. Camel Toe has so many customers, they have to hire new ladies every day.

The ladies seemed to like it.
