You need not to be fluent in hindi / bengali to monger in SG.
A number of SG mongers are neither pundits nor fluent in hindi / bengali.
Myself from south don't know hindi / bengali and gone few times to SG.
Some of our friends here also not know hindi (hello. John am I right?). So don't worry about language.
Language is not a barrier there. Money speaks many languages.
With littlebit English, you can do wonders in SG.

Sometimes being unknown to Hindi and Bangla, helps you in SG. When you don't select any girl in Premium Building, she uses harsh language, which can hurt you badly, which can prevent you from getting good erection. Some of the A lister girls speak very good English. However I managed many times with girls who speaks only on Hindi / Bengali. So my Digha vacation is over, and I am going back to Malaysia. Not only this holiday was great but also provided a different holistic experience. Cured phimosis, screwed an old flame and also enjoyed a week of adulterous honeymoon with her.
