I would also agree with Syzygies in not considering a starfish worthy of a complaint or, from my point of view, categorizing her as a non-performer. Unless, of course, some greater level of gymnastic boom-boom action were agreed upon in the bar before paying the barfine. Highly unlikely that would be the case very often though. Bear in mind, my examples involved going back to the bar that very night, as soon as possible after the girl changed her mind about doing what she agreed to do in the bar in order to get me to pay her barfine or to do anything else of interest to me for that matter. I was not talking about returning the next day to request a barfine refund for non-performance. But I have gone back the next day to inform the mamasan that she's got a verified scammer working in her bar who is driving paying and potential repeat customers away.

I know it is highly debatable about what constitutes "poor service", but for me it really is all about what is agreed upon in the bar before the barfine is paid, essentially in order to convince me to pay the barfine in the first place. If nothing is agreed upon and there has been no discussion about what she is willing to do for me, then IMO all bets are off and I would not even consider a barfine refund. That also presumes she has not discussed how much money she expects of me because you can bet the farm if and when a girl mentions "how much" first in the bar my immediate response is to list all the wonderful, memorable sexual pleasures I will expect from her before I lay out whatever amount she just quoted.

Bangkok Bunnies is the one with an odd looking stage almost like a cage. Both are still open for business as of this writing.

Where do you people recommend a punter to party on 31st Dec night in Bangkok? Both mongering and non mongering recommendations would be good. I do not wish to go to Go Go bars or NEP.

The girl could have something quite different in mind. LOL In my case, Mamasans are rarely involved in me talking to and barfining the girl. 9 pm is much too early for discos. I never use discos, as not my time slots, and I just don't like the noise, dark, smoke and non-music. Sometimes a band type venue is O.K. Had to avert my gaze from guys tongue kissing the so-so looking LBs though. LOL

However 9PM is a bit on the late side for Soapies and Oilies. Optimal time for Oilies is probably 5. 30 PM (and upward) and 6. 30 PM for Soapies. IMHO, optimal time for go-go bars is 8 PM to 9 pm, as girls are arriving. Go-go bars definitely deteriorate after 1 AM IMHO.
