Most guy from Sosua go to Colombia now so that may be part of why it was slow Sosua get big crowds for holiday weekend and maybe random weekend as well but its quiet. I used to go all the time from 2013 to 2016 and the girls were hot in shape and dressed nice now not so much, I also lived in Sosua from May 2021 to April 2022 and can stay the is never many people around like how it was back in 2013 when I first stared going.

I spent 9 days in Cartagena and 9 days in Sosua during the month of September.

My first trip to the DR was in 2012 and before that I only traveled to Cuba for 13 years or so.

I'm on another board that's all about Sosua and the a lot of the vets are posting trip reports from those places. I think vets moved on along time ago Sosua is mostly newbies a few vets who have friends in town and guys that don't know most countries have a mongering location. I myself live in Pattaya.

Just returned from a 6-day trip to Sosua. Many have helped me along the way with such informative postings, so I wanted to reciprocate soonest.

Venues:

Bailee's. Wifi is awesome. Lots of ladies. More on the trashy side. Hardcore street types. The food was good. Had the Cuban sandwich. The bread was really fresh and the pork was very tasty. Huge portion. I could've eaten only half and been more than fine.

Rumbas. No Wifi. Good for Sports. Many ladies of all shapes and sizes, pace yourselves as there are lots. Food is typical bar food and the service is very good.

Schlemmer Stube. No Wifi. Mostly older white guy crowd, service is average. A lot of ladies out front on the street. Can be aggressive, hold on to your stuff. Not allowed inside without escort.

La Patrona. Good Wifi. Great service. Good pizza, the crust is awesome. See Rosa, Second or Yosi.

Hotel Don Andres. Good Wifi. Quiet, Older crowd, no drama. No chicas unless you bring your own. Rooms are nice and away from the strip, close enough to walk. See Chris, Mgr for anything you might need, great guy. BBQ Buffet on Thursdays, 600 p.

Rosy's Empanada. No wifi. Great snack for all hours. Hours are convenient. Same road as Bailee's and Banco Popular.

Tips for Non-Pro's.

Google Translate. A must if your Spanish isn't solid. Utilize the offline option and the / l the Spanish dictionary so that you can use it when wifi is not available. Makes life much simpler. Do not expect the girls to speak English, most do not.

Toothbrush kits. Most of the girls are smokers. I prefer not to have an ashtray in my bed. Most will take a shower; however, rarely do they carry toothbrushes. I bring 10 or so every time I travel and get them at the Dollar Store or Wal-mart, for $1. 25. Comes with toothpaste as well. A nice touch.

ATM fees. While ATMs are plentiful and easy to use, the fees will kill you. The local banks hit you on the front end and your home bank will smack you on the back end. My personal choice is Chas Schwab. No intl transaction fees!

"E-ticket". You will not be able to board on either end without it. Use the DR. Gov option as there is also a private company that mimics the site for a fee. Do not use that site. The DR. Gov site is free, and takes 5 minutes.

Note: you can only do it 72 hours in advance. AA made me do it again at the airport as I was a day too early, a minor inconvenience.

Burner Phone. Highly advise getting one for any extracurricular activities (pics, chats, maintaining contacts, etc). My "base" phone doesn't leave the room as I take my burner to use on the streets. If I lose it, so be it. More importantly, if it gets "swiped", I won't care. I've traveled to over 50 countries and can't express the importance of using such.

Burner Visa. Good for those transactions to various sites that you want to keep "off the books". I use Bluebird. Great app and super easy to load with funds.

WhatsApp. Download it and get accustomed to using it. Good for contacting chicas, calling taxis, and also buds that you will undoubtedly run across. Works very well with wifi for video and texting.

Expenses. Sosua is NOT cheap. Plan to spend $120 per day on average for budgeting purposes. Yes, I'm sure I'll hear that it can be done for less and I am certain it can, I'm only sharing my spending habits. See below for a typical day trip to Cabarete Beach (20-25 minutes).

Trans: 800 each way=1,600 p.

Drinks for 2 / 2 each=1,200 p.

Snack / Lunch for 2=1,000 p.

Chairs / Umbrella / Table rental for the day=400 p.

Note: Do not be the guy that tried to split the bill with his "date" for drinks / lunch. Yes, while we were at Playa Sosua, serious drama occurred between an ex-pat (French perhaps?) and a chica where they both ordered drinks and a normal lunch. When the bill came, he expected her to pay half. Clearly, this arrangement was not discussed in advance given the very loud conversation that ensued. My chica got a kick out of it and then she asked me if I would ever do that to her. I told her that I was not like that. To me, it's understood that if we go out, I will pay.

Transportation. I have a guy that I use via Whatsapp (PM for contact). Very, very dependable and his fees are commensurate with other trans services. Yes, he doesn't work for free, and sometimes, I get a bit of a break. The difference is the service as I never have to worry about him being late, upcharges, etc. You will find there are set prices for various venues as many ex-pats have been before you. You can negotiate a little, not much.

Chicas. My style is to "wife" one for the length of my stay versus trying several every day / night. I was super lucky and found a 25 why / o cutie with a solid body (sans kids) and we were able to make a deal for 4 days. We stayed home for two nights as she cooked dinner. Truly awesome as it was real dinner. Rice, baked chicken, and a salad. I have friends that hit 3 or 4 chicas a day and while there is nothing wrong with such, just not my style. Plenty of inventory, just depends on how hard you want to work and of course, how much you want to spend.

I arrived in Sosua at 10 pm. It was Friday night and Rumbas had close to 100 girls posted up. In general the girls were attractive and some jaw dropping bodies. I just got back home and things are a bit fuzzy but I did 6 girls 3 were new. The girls all performed very well. One of my repeats has a car and offered to let me have it when ever I needed. She also rolls a great joint. One of the new girls freaked me out a bit. She loved porn and did a marathon session with the vibrator. I thought I was in a movie.

Had several side street girls offer 2 k pesos for sessions. I passed but may give it a shot next trip. All the girls were good for 3500. Had one girl Tokyo a dancer at anvee who opened at 100 dollars and stuck to it for a day. Later she dropped to 80 but she was so nasty when I pushed back on the 100 I chose not play with her. I ate at new places this trip not once did I eat at Baillees. I made the mistake of eating at Rumbas. Got fried chicken that was under cooked never again. There 70 guys in Rumbas for the Monday night foot ball game. I have to say after all these years I still get excited when I step into the SU. Seeing 100 girls waiting to be fucked is a dream come true.

When you fine a girl you like you work the details. I budget 100 or a little leas for all day service. Sometimes you can mix in gifts to reduce the cash. If you fine a girl who is not a street girl do not hang out in Sosua. You will not be happy with one girl in Sosua. There are so many options you. Sport fucking is too tempting in Sosua.

Costs is dependent on a number of variables: type of accommodation, location, how badly she needs the money, whether can momma watch the kids, etc. As I stated, I got truly LUCKY as she and I hit it off the first night and I proceeded to inquire about a follow-on engagement. I also used as part of the negotiation that she is off the streets for the next three nights, in the same bed, with the same guy, clean sheets, free food / drinks, and dependable wifi. We arrived at $4. 5 k per day and I gave her an extra $1 K at departure.

Toothbrush kits have really been a lifesaver as many of these chicas are "closet smokers". I sense due to the lifestyle of late nights, loud music, and lots of beer.

In 16 years I have never met a normal Dominicana that smoked besides one young one that you may see hanging out at a club with friend smoking a hookah. But cigarettes or cigars or weed never.

Most of the working girls have kids. Getting money to feed them is hard enough. I am finding more girls who smoke weed these days. Five years ago it was rare. Maybe 1 out of 5. Non of my non working girls smoke. Most see weed as bad as coke. There culture. If you find girls who do coke beware.

Adinga warned us a few pages back in his reports about how they can be sneaky with it. Hell I didn't find out til I got back to the states that the two girls (38 and 37 yrs old respectively) that were playing with me and my girlfriend from the states were doing coke on the low. They knew that I didn't mind them smoking weed but they spoke to my girlfriend to gauge how I feel about having cocaine around me. Once my girl told them I don't play that, they made EXTRA sure that I never saw it around me or in the condo. Basically the money I gave them or any extra money I gave them to go to the store (if I didn't ask for change back) they would go to the dopeman, powder their nose and keep that shit in their purse and out of sight from me because if I knew that shit was on them I wouldve kicked them out.

I usually go for more conservative girls. Most would not even smoke weed. Why I have been surprised by a more welcoming view of smoke. I like sex better with a nice high. Helps the over all mood sometimes.
