Last Night I took the decision, that I stayed for too long in one place, and it's time to explore new places, I ditched my 1 peso airplane tickets for BKK, (the flight is today), canceled the hotel in the last moment, and started looking on the map.

I've been to Mindanao but only in the norther part to Siargao, Surigao, and Butuan, this time I want to fly into Davao, stay there for a month if is nice, then crawl slowly north for a few months. I will do this with my GF, and she will hunt for us, bringing in fresh meat if available and good looking.

What's the good, the bad, and the ugly about Davao? In what area should I look for a rental? What places to avoid? And what is there to do from a non mongering perspective?

I know that because being a mongering addict, probably I will visit the Rizzal st area at some point, but that's not the main objective for this trip.

Just search my username. I didn't post on civilian things to do but I did include convenient places to stay, a few accommodation disasters and of course girl reports.

I didn't do Hotlegs and the bars because I couldn't keep up with the online options. To be honest I haven't heard a single good report about the DVO Gogos but YMMV.

My only regrets from the trip was that I didn't go to Gensan and surprise surprise the stay was too short.

Just a report on the ground from Sabang.

We'll I got here without trouble yesterday (see my previous report on how get to Sabang and back from Manila). I think the only thing that has changed is it seems to be cheaper. Jam Liner bus from Buendia MNL to Batangas 260 p, Fastcat from Batangas to Puerto Galera 650 p and a tuk tuk from the port to Sabang only 250 p!

It wasn't long before I checked into my usual waterfront hotel (with an upgrade to a brand new room as a return customer). Many would note I prefer Sabang as a mongering destination as it's actually has a nice water view and isn't a shithole like some other options. Many would also note I don't do the typical gogo scene, preferring to filter the money saved on LD's and Barfines in other directions.

It wasn't long before I had my Sabang GF in the room.
