Rio de Janeiro Reports

As I look at some of his videos I think to myself that I really will miss Help. I know a lot of you will disagree, but being on the tables on the stage with my friends with bottles of champagne and surrounded by beautiful women was like living the rockstar life but at a much more reasonable price. I still like the club scene and the music and it seems like that kind of thing is gone now. I agree the girls got lazy and much more expensive the last 2 years but it was still a lot of fun. Maybe it's time to move on, as much as brazilian women are by far my favorite....

But even yesterday after Shenanigan's ( where I laugh to see there one girl from Centaurus and two that played hard to get and then they show up at Balcony ), a short walk to prado juniour the scene was the same.

Believe it or not, all the mongers I spoke with, told me they do not like now Rio, 1 retired 64 yo from USA used to come here 3 months per year, told me, he wont come back again. One english guy the same. One greek shocked how all the girls only ask money, how they are ugly and how expensive it is, he said, I was just curious to see rio, I will keep on going to LOS.

Just couple of examples of last days, nobody is really happy here, the 450 reais for 1 session in terma is too much, especially if you have to wake up the girl before to session her.

Actually I feel great, honestly I do not live to fuck, I cannot wait to come back home, to meet my friends, I have two coworkers I want to date.
To start to work again hard, get money soon and think where to go in the spring and I will kill the end of the winter in FKK where in comparison to here, you get muuuch more with much leeess money.

Come here Jake and write your reports, it will be much more useful for the forum than to suggests me to drink a juice..

And the Olimpic games are still far 6 years, for me it is only the beginning, sooner it will become even more expensive. It is a common thing here, less customer make the prices get higher, it is part of brazilian "wisdom".

Another thing that need to be mentioned, last year from the middle of January every couple of days you could see some new girls arriving for carnival. Well we are at the end of January and there are all the same faces of 2 weeks ago when I arrived.

Entrance at 4x4 is 50 reais, 70 reais at luomo,MC and solarium.

I am not sure about the price of 40 minutes, but what I remember very well.....caipirinha at luomo cost 25 reais VS 12 or 14 at MC and obviously it tastes the same....

I session only once for 1 hour at luomo, was the usual 430-450 reais with drinks and entrance.

I went to 4x4, there work 2 friend of my american guys who left yesterday, the place looked "enough" crowded, but when I ask them, how the work today ? They said shit, they talk and wait before to go to cabine and more than often they leave with no sex at all. Very little gringo, almost only brazilians.
I stayed there and I enjoyed to talk with them both, at least they were lessons of brazilian languages for free LOL but I did not see one girl it worth to pay for.

Entrance and couple of drinks, a bit less than 100 reais.

Way back home I stop at terma 502 ( 20 reais entrance with includeded 3 beers ), I drunk 1 beer very fast and I left after a while....

Then I was tired and I went to sleep early, today I feel great, the usual running at the beach, now lets try to have something nice to report for tomorrow, from terma or from shenanigans.....we will see, more to follow, poka

I think the drinks are way overpriced at L'uomo but we do need to be fair. If I remember correctly a caipirinha is R$14. Also, I think Peter makes a much better caipirinha than the bartenders at MC especially since he is stuck using Cachaça 51.

Early December 2009 I remember paying 100 euros for a 40min session including entrance and a drink at 4x4. That was about 250-260 reais

No Termas at Buenos Ayres but many private brothels (privados) and boliches (bars) with ladies to take out.

No, I do not disagree with your statement. Simply, Help! was a great venue for our hobby. Do not concern yourself by those with myopic statements.

I never fail to catch myself smiling when thinking of Help. At times, almost a decade of great memories flash before me. Man, it was a great run...I surely will miss that place. Valeu, Help! Valeu!

Well I just returned from a great trip to Rio, so I don't know what everyone is complaining about. The thing with me is that I never went to HELP anyway, I speak passable Portuguese, and I would often spend around R$500 during a night on the town anyway. One night during this trip I managed to spend R$1,050 at T-65. Pricy? Yes, but I had a mighty good time.

Granted, a thousand Reais doesn't go as far as it used to but the quality in Brazil is still quite good and not hard to find. As stated by another poster, if a Termas lady likes you then there is a good chance she will offer to meet you before or after she gets off shift. I received several offers but I'm more of a short-time sort of guy.

I think the only folks noticing a huge difference are those that went to HELP practically every night. Now that the "Wal-Mart of Sex" is gone it will take a while for people to readjust to the new scene. But if everyone wants to believe that Rio is overpriced and not worth it anymore I'm not going to complain. It only means more garotas available to me when I return in May.

Time to shift my focus back to Europe for now; return to London & Berlin in a couple of months.

Somebody thought 450 reais for one hour is a lot and for others 1,050 reais is nothing LOL, I am sure they cannot wait to see you again :D
