Jumping in before there's a flame war, let me say this:

I've never met David personally, nor do I know how he makes his living. I have had the chance to spend some time with a few of his chicas and can say that they universally express affection and respect for him. Now I suppose there's a possibility that this is "coached" but it seems genuine to me. It makes sense that these girls are being better treated, both personally and financially, than they would by locals and they are grateful at the chance to meet rich foreigners. I don't see the point in requiring a label for whatever arrangements David and the chicas may or may not have. The whole Lima experience, the sweetness and beauty of the girls, is unique in mongering, as has been attested to many times here. Why mess up a good thing.

Who cares what it is called, as long as the girls are happy, David is happy and the person hosting the lady is happy. In my experience Kinestops has been very accurate, plus or minus a little help from the "skinify" app. The vast majority of girls work out of apartments. You call and they direct you there from one or two way points. I always speak Spanish, so I can't really say how it is for solely English speakers. The apartments vary in quality. The girls are almost always one or two years older than advertised age, but that differences increases no linearly. Ie if it says she is 18, she might be 19; but if it says 23 she is 25-27. Some of the girls will come to your hotel.
