BS Wet dreams
Agree.
Set aside 300 EU / day for a villa as minimum, plus 50 EU / day for the driver, plus you need a chef or maid to cook and clean. To communicate with them you must be fluent in French at least. And they must be comfortable with your lifestyle. The typical Malgaches are conservative and believe in many Fady's.
The girls are easy to fnd. But they will become jealous very quick and you sit in the middle of a group of fighting Malgache shouting furies.
Better go the first time there, stay in a hotel, check out the scene and find some trustable local connections.
MONEY CAN NOT BUY EVERYTHING!
I think its just a wet dream living the life of Colombian drug baron. Well if you are one? I know of colombian drug barons in Guinea Bissau they have a life style like that. With big villas and pool full of chicas. But for a 2 months beach holiday in Mada. Wet dream. You can do that in Kenya. Rent a luxury villa comes with all ancillaries incl. Driver. No big deal. In a couple of days you have loads of hookers lounging at your pool. I would budget 5000 usd a month. Just don't take any videos or nude pics or you're going to find yourself very quickly in front of the Shanzu Law courts which will cost you another 10.000 usd to get out of the various criminal charges levied against you. Madagascar forget that.
You violate a prime law. Keep a low profile.

What a beautiful advice and notes from all of you. Thank you guys.
I did find a decent option for Villa:
https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/2914524?location=Nosy%20Be%2C%20Madagascar&adults=1&check_in=2019-09-12&check_out=2019-09-20&source_impression_id=p3_1565519547_1ynsFWpeID8NZ52b&s=VN2crCo4
This was about 290 EUR per night.
It comes with dedicated chef, gardener and a security guy. There were many other options and in terms of price, this was in top end. I did find few 5 bedroom Villas with price of around 190 eur per night. But they were directly on beach and had neighbours in very close. I do understand that driving in there is not as German highway, this exact villa showed approx 17 kilometers from Ambondrona and according to google maps 35 minute drive, it's not that bad.
For the villa, driver and guide full time you are looking at serious bucks. Not to mention feeding and watering five chicks a day (who will always be wanting seafood, not the usual crap they eat) and you may have issues with competition for your company which could get very uncomfortable. Sounds like fantasy island! If you make it come true let us know how it works out.
My budget is healthy, which is why I wanted to do this in first place. My plan was to change girls, keep the best ones and swap others, I do understand that some of them need to go home and later come back, but that is the main reason I will have driver, so I don't need to do driving part myself or even think about it.

This could turn ugly quickly, which is why I figured it's best to have cold hard pro's who know that I am not there to find a wife. Yet, it's fun when you get loads of attention from different girls. And experience shows, that even a proper pro could be fun in terms of sex, in some cases, even better. Get them drunk, make them feel comfortable and these girls can make your nights very special.
You violate a prime law. Keep a low profile.
Thanks for the feedback, Neddy! Highly appreciated.
That is the main goal! That is why I want to rent Villa far away from mongering city and just go there to pick up girls and go back to villa.
I am still 100% in on this. As all of you Mada veterans have told numerous times, it's so easy to pick up girls in Mada for next to nothing. It sounds for me still like a great idea, and when it turns out to be failure, lesson learned for me and hopefully for a next guy, who has similar plan and have chosen Madagascar to execute it. If any of you is there in September, I am happy to meet you guys.
(On a side note, if anyone doesn't know, Neos airlines flies directly to Nosy Be from Rome!

Apparently you have answer for every remark, so just one request, write a full detailed report after your nice trip.
We stay tuned.

90 day visa
I just land at Nosy Be and 90 days visa is available at 5 je airport. The process is to get 60 days then walk to the police counter to another 30 days stamp.
I saw the price list photo on the counter for 90 days. So this ends the discussion.

Why don't give straight 90 days. To pay more money? We will never understand the minds of african buerocrats.....

Now about girls in August I can tell you some stunners tall, well rounded ass here.
The efficiency and the treatment in nosy be airport was very good. Super nice officer and I pass everything less then 5 minutes.
I arrived from Addis direct flight. I hate Ivato but my return flight from there as I bought multi destination ticket.
Girls are everywhere.

Enjoy

I bought a ticket Paris - Reunion island - Tulear for next October with Air Austral. Outbound will be quit long with a 6 hour layover in Reunion and another short layover at Fort Dauphin.
Inbound will be much faster with a direct flight Tulear - Reunion and short layover in Reunion.
I found lots of intel on this forum thanks to you all. Still have one question regarding Tulear.
I know you should be careful in Mada especialy at night. I was wondering if there are taxis at night at the nightlife hotspot close to the shore?
Many reports about taking a pousse pousse or just walking but no taxis apparently.
I would choose Hotel Serena but it is about 500 m along a dark alley form the sea side.
I know from Tana you better take a taxi at night even for a short distance.
Hotel Amazone is right on the nightlife hotspot but has poorer reviews.
That would be my second choice and only for security reasons.

Extension
Making more money is exactly what it is about. It makes me wonder if I could have done it at Ivato but they are all too stupid or clueless about the procedure.
Expert how much for the extra 30 days?
-
I was in the area just a couple of nights ago and I never saw one taxi. There are very few here. You could arrange one every night but it would be expensive if you wanted the guy on call all night. I walked down that stretch around 9 PM and while it is dark it does not seem dangerous. Lots of people and pousse pousse about even later. 500 metre walk back to Serena a piece of [CodeWord140]. Also if you stay there you are right down the street from Pokeris' favourite disco. I found that on weeknights it doesn't get going till a bit later. At 9 PM on a Wednesday it was absolutely empty but shortly after people started to show up. I have a terrible cold that kept me in yesterday and still feel like shit but I intend to go check it out on a Sunday tomorrow.

Distance is short and street quite well enlighted, except a small part along some bars. One girl told me that there was robbers in these bars so I avoid to walk on their side too close, but nothing happened.
Or I was lucky, or its quite safe there, and I think its the second option.
Far different from tana.

Either stay at Sud Plazza or Central. Beautiful old colonial hotel with big rooms and big balcony. A bit run down and test the matresses. Just go out with enough money for a couple of beers and a cheap phone. And be aware of your surroundings and don't get completely pissed you be good. The bad guys are more after inside jobs. Like bar owners known to have cash on them when they close down. You'll love it. Late night and on the hot afternoons its a ghost town.
Neddy.
Who had a blast there and is deciding soon to return to Isle Rouge or finally go to Ethiopia.
Tough choice.

Serena Hotel
Serena Hotel in on Boulevard Philibert Tsiranana. It's not an alley but a road. It's not lighted all along but not dangerous to walk at night. You won't find taxis easily at night. You will have to use pousse pousse. I did not use the pousse pousse but walk all along. There are always people walking along this road even at night. No need to worry.

A blast
I don't know. This is the guy who thought Nosy Be had an inadequate supply of pussy and the scene was too small. I am not sure he will be blown away by Toliara, which is a lot quieter and more spread out than Nosy Be.
