Specifically calling out to the guy who wanted to let mongers use his apartment for mongering activity, here's the pitfalls of letting out your apartment:

1. All of us here (barring a few exceptions if you have met in real and got to know each other well etc) are strangers here, without any knowledge or of our real names / professions or such.
