Dear friends,
I am visiting Delhi tomorrow and will be there until coming Monday. I have planned to have at least 2 encounter daily (morning and evening definitely and possibly MP during noon to relax my body and activate my mind).

There's no confusion anymore. It's closed. Checked with the owner as well as the place itself. As of now I don't have any more details but will update once I get it.

Alyhough I agree with you in the sense of logic and point you are trying to present. However let's get to the moot issue being discussed. Having being picked up by alleged Cops for something, the law is not very clear about (or at least us Mongers are not).
Now each person reacts in different way and have either the Flight or fight response. The option to run away was not with him as he was outnumbered. The next option is to Fight. In a way he did. Not physically but by appealing to them through his wits.
I am not sure if you have come across any dangerous situation in your life while or not while you are Mongering. I have been. Now, I am an amateur kick boxer and at least know where to hit to cause damage (although I am not great at it). On one of my trips to Cartagena (Columbia), I was sitting at a bar where you could also pick up girls. I took a girl and went to a nearby hotel (let's say short time hotel). 20 min into me and my girl entering the room There was a knock and I saw a lanky thin heavily tattooed guy asking me to come out of the room. I thought that's it, I am doomed and would have my passport confiscated. There were 15 men standing on the street like me with 5 thin and fucked up guys. Now the guy who picked me up, I could take him down easily. Not boasting at all. Sometime (1 hour) later they all let us go. I was relieved. I quickly got into a taxi with another Colombian and took off. The Colombian monger on the way told me that it wasn't the LE but it was the Drig Cartel's hit men. They had come to scoop down on a Drug Control officer who used to visit the brothels there. Talk about role reversal eh!
The next day, I got to know they indeed found him and killed him cold blooded on the street where we all were standing.
Think about that.
The best things in such situations is to use your wits and don't get fucking killed. If you are smart enough and have the appropriate backing you can get back on such guys. But at that situation, please try to remain calm and don't give your captors any reason to kill you. I appreciate what the guy did. He just paid out and would live the rest of his life thinking of what happened, but he will live. So my humble suggestion is to not act too smartly at the time of being held a captive and think of ways to get out. It's not because you are weak spineless or a coward, but because you are smart and would play the game on your own terms.
I have a friend who used to work for the SBS (naval format of SAS in UK). One of the hardest motherfuckers in the world.
