I believe generic Tadalafil should be getable for a quite a bit less than that. I have tried Tadalafil (including Cialis brand) but it does not reliably make a significant difference for me over a normal unassisted hard on, so I don't bother with it. I have heard it's great for others but just doesn't work well for me.

Go to petrol station on the corner of Sukhumvit Soi 4. From there, head west on Sukhumvit road away from Soi 4 (towards Soi 2). Go in the large 2nd Pharmacy before Kinaree. They are very honest in there and a fair price although I cannot guarantee absolute cheapest. I use them for almost all my medications (without prescription). They will probably give discount for larger order. Ask them about both original Cialis and generic copies like Apcalis, and ask about the dosages available. You will find the generic copy is many times cheaper than the original. I don't know if they stock 5 MG. From memory 20 MG is the standard tablet sold. You can buy a higher dose tablet, saving money, and split the tablets into pieces. Consider that as a money saving method. I believe 20 MG tablets might be about 100 Baht each per tablet (400 for pack of 4), or perhaps less.

Yikes. Maybe I am getting picky but it's getting harder and harder to find gals who fit the bill these days. And by the bill I mean mix of looks, attitude, and performance. If you want to believe its genuine Cialis, its up to you, but I don't believe it easily. The pharmacy can tell you if that price for genuine article is really possible or not.

In the end a quality generic is just as good but costs less than what you quoted.

Anyway this is a no bullshit Pharmacy.
