Guys I said that one of the bad thing of no more help, was that I thought very hard to see terma girls show up at balcony.....yesterday they were in 6 in 2 small groups from 2 different termas, they stayed free less than couple of minutes as they dress better, walk better, look better in comparison with the ugly dogs balcony girls, but ... I do not understand why a girl should yawn with crossed arms 7-8 hours in terma with no mood to work and then to go to balcony to earn money....and I laugh when I saw them arrive, I was already busy so I did not consider to take one of them and I have no idea about the price they ask for.

I was there in January and noticed the changed attitudes of the Help GDP's. I know that the closing of Help did have a significant effect in the volume of customers in most of the Termas. I wonder though if things have picked up in any of the Termas. While there you could have a Basketball game in the middle of the boite in 4 X 4 while the strip show was going on, it was that empty. Even though I really did not care for Help one bit, I'm sure they did not see the drop in business coming.

I was in 4x4 on Thrusday and it was not packed when the stirp show was going on which was a good thing as I dont not like cowards. I have hit these Termas 4x4, 81, Meia Cinco a.k.a 65, and Monte Carlo, out of all them 4x4 I will hit again and also 81 since I saw atleast 10-15 garotas 4x4 I would like to sample and atleast 5 in Termas 81 compared to 1-3 in 65 and MC.

Walk past 4 X 4 coming from Rio Branco and the next cross street will be Rua Da Quintanda. The address, Rua da Quintanda 81 and you are at this Terma. Don't hurt yourself :D

Thanks...too many termas in too little days, but I was in rua da quintada with my friends, I forgot the exactly number, but at number 65 you have terma 65 right ? ( or meja cinquo in portuguese ).

Different ones. Termas 65 is on Rua do Rosario, which means you have to walk almost an extra block and a half from 4 X 4 to get there. In order to get to Termas 81 you have to cross Rua do Rosario on Rua da Quintada. A few extra steps and you are there.

Yeah, you guys are right, it sucks now. No good looking girls, bad attitudes, Help is no more, high prices, nobody in the termas etc., etc. I suggest you all stay home and enjoy the delights there. For example, go to AMS and enjoy your 15 minutes behind the windows (although I have to admit I have had some good 15 minutes there). Or go do your wives and GFs.

Let's talk about reality. For the record, there has been some misinformation spread here. Luk, I don't know what you are drinking or smoking, but a caipirinha in L'uomo is R14 not 25 as you have stated (and "confirmed"). I just went there and had a 40 min session, two drinks for me and my girl plus drinks for a couple of old friends and the damage was about R370. (In case you doubt it was 2Xcaipirinhas, red bull, 2X Amarulo, and Jack Daniels (for Pietra)). IMHO, comparing prices for 1hr sessions is also misleading. Some places put a premium on this becuase it includes the "suite", others like 4X4 sort of "throw it in" for very litte. Personally, I almost never go for this except at 4X4 where, truth be told, the hour is more like 45 minutes. YMMV.

The one thing that is true is that the upper tier places are quiter now. Most likely due to the economy but this is fine for me. More selction, no waiting. On the other hand on the lower tier, 22 was hopping. Also some smoking ladies there -- but just IMHO. Maybe if you are hung up on the loire, silicone etc. of places like Centaurus you would not agree. And if you are expecting air conditioning in the cabine, definitely don't go there.

Rio is what it is. It is not Disney Land. Thank god for that.

Personally, I love it -- good times and bad. And there are no bad times!

rofl. this equates with my experience, although i basically concentrate on the lower price tier - all brilliant. i never liked silicone land and prefer exploring and working for it than having it dished up disney-style.

I had to took the suite cause the girl said too much time, around one hour to wait for the cabine, I went to reception to ask and she told me to ask to the woman who clean the bedrooms.... and believe it or not I smoke nothing and drink even less, that's was my bill.

And also I am happy if you have great time here, I just share my experience, if for me here now is worst, maybe it can be even better for you.

I think you are misreading what he wrote. I think he was talking about giving the address of this web site to mongers in Rio who are not members of this forum.
