At Suzi Wong there are a lot of girl with no good bodies and just a few nice bodies. Crazy House has a high percentage of good bodies and good faces. This makes this place a cut above the other bars. Recently I have been liking Dollhouse but CH has better lineup overall. Wasn't pestered that much by the staff either.

The problem with this place is going to be just being packed out and not enough space, very soon. It was probably my 3rd or 4th visit to the place (approx.) and I finally called a girl Mint over for a drink and barfined her. Indicates that, as a person non experienced to the place, I really took my time before getting interested in any girl at all. Interestingly number 91 (Oom) referred to, later became one of my favourites, much later. In the early days I developed a favorite waitress Noi, and often she was the only one I would buy a drink for, and chat to her a little when she wasn't too busy, sometimes buy a drink for Mint if she was working. Mint is long gone now.

Guys are reporting problems at this place with certain girls. I recommend for a guy new to CH, to really take your time. Don't be too fast to interact with girls till get a fair idea what they are like. I was very slow to have girls come to me for my first few visits, really trying hard to see which girls appeared to have the better character. I found Mint a good character girl (when sober) eventually. Took me a very long time to be game to try Oom (91). A good girl. She surprised me. Once get experienced in CH, I don't have lots of problems at all.

Some girls are very nice for me and Donut a stunner to my taste. Many are not. The overall standard has declined but still some girls excite me. Originally very few ugly girls. Now the average standard is still very good, but quite a few girls are a bit too average.

Lots of customers in CH are sitting without a girl. This is allowed. You are not forced to buy a drink for a girl. A girl was sitting on my right (with no relevance to me - I wasn't interested in her). Another customer was on my left (alone). The girl managed to catch his attention and signalled to him she would like a drink. She did not signal to me at all. Pehaps I show my disinterest too obviously, hardly even glancing at her. He smirked and staired off into space for 3 seconds, then suddenly nodded yes to her. I was stunned. He had not noticed her before and just made a snap decision. I would not do that. It looks like newbie behaviour to me. Any girl will do? I want to study all the girls, look for the best few, then study them for extended time in detail to see how they behave before considering calling one to me. If girls I know well, I could call them straight away. That is different.

I always say, move very slowly. Bad girls exist for sure. Moving very slowly helps avoid them or identify them.

The whole scene is changing. It used to just be a glorified brothel with naked chicks dancing, not much to complain about with that format. However now, they are all turning into the western "money bomb" model. Where you just go to gain face by appeasing the club with your endless supply of bank roll. I tell you what Thai gogo's, move your business into a spacious, clean and modern facility, then you can ask for money bombs and wealthy types. In the meantime, anybody who pays more to gogo (on housed in a decrepit-rat-infested-moldy-ex-brothel) than the bare minimum is a sucker and just contributing to their displaced greed. Less tips for honest waitresses, however I suspect that the owners get some of that tip money somehow (by paying them less wages).

Is this long enough or will I be a mess after I get back. I don't drink and am not interested in overnights with these girls. I prefer to sleep alone. How much can I expect to pay for a couple of hours with a girl and what's the best plan of attack? Would like to take two at a time at least once too.

I spent some time in Spanky's in Nana which was amazing, but it took here about 15 minutes / maybe 4 songs to come back with the change when I was done. I waited it out and got the proper change though. Too bad for me the timing wasn't right as I just finished up with some ST fun elsewhere in the plaza before I gave Spanky's a try. You have described many aspects of the tourist industry in today's Thailand. Success has led to arrogance and things have been headed downhill for a time now. And it has really accelerated in the last two years. Fewer and fewer Western tourists and more and more Asian tourists. Mind you, not top notch Asian tourists, but those whose expectations are not very high. Right now we are infested with hordes of mainland Chinese. The locals are very perceptive and figured out very quickly that these folks will pay more for less and not complain. I have seen a real decline in the level of services here. Not in the branded hotels for example but in locally owned accommodations. Food wise we steer far clear of the Nana area (with the exception of Arab food on Soi 3/1) as the service and quality is not so good.

Thanks fellas![/QUOTE]The great thing about BKK is that even for a new visitor, it's pretty easy to arrange anything you want. I am actually flying to BKK tomorrow and I have spent so much time there in the last 20 years I've come to know it pretty well.

Two weeks is great. It's up to you whether you exhaust yourself with girls, but you probably won't. There is lots to do and with that much time there is plenty of time to take some excursions.

I also prefer to sleep alone, so generally I enjoy soapies or oil massage places. It's very hard to find a reputable and reliable escort service, but I know a good one (expensive but discreet and great). To take two, you can try a service or just finding girls at gogo bars or whatever, but it's not easy. A lot of them will agree but won't be interested in each other or be giggling the whole time. There are also options like Eden club, which a lot of people dislike but I don't mind if for an occasional different experience.

The same thing goes in Thailand as everywhere else. If you can connect with the girls, be super nice, be comfortable, and don't be overly demanding you will get great service as long as you are careful to actually choose girls that seem friendly and interested. Have fun!
