Anybody ever stay in the Hotel Maison Gautreaux? Its very reasonable at 1400 pesos a night and Moon Travel Books says its pretty good. It's only a block in from the beach behind the InterContinental.

No Pool at Mercure, just the lobby with its restaurant, bar and the rooms. Good for our mongering business , best deals on room prices if you book directly on their webpage.
