A friend of mine was telling me about KS and he knows a LOT about TW. It seems that KS used to be fun around 10-15 years ago when the gov't was still blue and had some fun venues for p4p. as far as i know, although the central government has authorized legal red light districts for prostitution, no city governments have designated such zones as of date, so technically it's still illegal everywhere.
