Basically, if you're a bit daring you can hop a train from the airport to the Hauptbahnof (dumps you out across the street from the RLD), get in a little mongering, and train back to the airport.

A train ride from the airport to the HBF takes about 15 minutes. Walk out the front door of the train station and across the street to Kaiserstrasse (or Taunusstrasse) and you'll see all the Eros centers lining the roads.

Only chance would be to ro rent a Hotel room (you could ask for a short stay rate to take a nap between flights. Won't look suspicious) and prearrange with a girl from an escort service. I have been to the RLD 9am or so, and the doors of my favorite house were closed and locked , this one opened the doors at 10am. I am not sure if this was all over the RLD or just this one house.

Massage Studio's aren't really a thing in Germany. There are some girls in the RLD around the trainstation (usually on the lower floor, Thai girls) who offer massage service.
