By High recommendation from fellow mongers I went to Paramount health and spa (second floor). I was greeted by beautiful receptionist and gave me a quick induction. After that I have entered lounge are where another lady guided me to the room. Room was quite big and overall ambient was excellent. Then I was greeted by my masseuse, Amy. She was wearing professional attire gave me a good massage (7/10) halfway through she ask me 50 for extra, which I agreed. She did a good HJ not much touching on her.

Overall satisfaction is better. I’m not sure it’s worth the 120 bucks. I’m not sure how other masseuse are and wether we able to select the masseuse. For the same price I would have 2 visits (same service, need to select the right masseuse) for the for the first floor full body care.

Ambient and relaxed atmosphere is excellent in here, if you after that. Service nothing exceptional. Also in here you get showers and sauna/spa (? I haven’t tried). So if you book for 45 mins better to have another 45 mins to enjoy the full benefits. So I’m not sure is this the place if you are looking for a quick fix during your lunch hour.
