Excited to add SP Brazil to the list and contributing with details as this forum has been very helpful in getting me started. Will probably try RW later this week as many have positive feedback but tend to lean more towards the non-prive experience.
Checking out some of the suggestions from FIT & Sui Generis tonight as early as 5pm and not sure if anyone is available as a wingman to head over to Zeuss, Emmanoelle or Blue Night. Ending the night at Love Story for sure. Look forward to meeting with someone willing to help out a newbie in SP.

It's kind of slow on Sundays. Most venues are closed.

I am mid fifties and want to stay reasonably safe so assume that taxis are a must.
Does anyone know if there will be girls around the hotel bars or am I wasting my time.

You can find the same girls working at My Love or Love Story for at least half the price.
I have friends that work at Cafe Photo and these other clubs as well.

Hi there.
In all these places you will find nice girls that will ask you 400-500 type of price.
If you don't mind loud music and late night I recommend Love Story (Rua Araujo) you will get the same girls doing extra time for a more fair price.
But be prepared to stay until 4/5 am as they go there when the other places closes, all taxi know the place.

When in Thailand, I rate Pattaya higher than all of the sites in BK. Angels City is another great place, but nothing beat the hardcore places on walking street. I guess that really exist only one place.
As it seems right now I will get 5 days in Sao Paulo, trip is significant cheaper two days later. So I have time to try Redway as well. I did try and locate in on google map, Not that easy. Is it easy to find?

However, we find habitually more mulatas or black garotas (negritas) in lower end privês such as PFA or, for instance, Relax on Consolação.
Why ist it so? Well, there are still a blatant form of racism in Brazil. Blacks, in general, are still associated with the poorest part of society.
We should not forget that Brazil was the last country to abolish slavery and there were even immigration laws (the first one date back from 1890: Article 1 of the Decree 589) that were promulgated (even under Getulio Vargas in the 1930's). The hidden agenda between these laws concerning immigration was to forbid an afflux of Black immigrants because the main objective was to contribute to the so called "branqueamento" (whitening. I. E."purity" in an eugenic sense) of the Brazilian population.
There are not a lot of genuine Japanese or even nissei or mixed Japanese active in São Paulo. You have to know where to find them.
