So I got anther reference for a spa at the Raco Residency hotel opposite the UST / Infosys gate near Kazhakkoottam. The spa is called Allure and is on the 3rd floor. The lift to this spa is not the one at the front of the hotel, you'll have to walk past the lobby to almost the back to access the lift. The front lift only goes up to the bar upstairs (Gravity bar).
Its a busy place and will pay to book ahead. The manager is friendly and showed a few pics of the available girls.
