I am guessing you could do multiple transactions transactions to get more than the ATM limit as long as the total withdrawn doesn't exceed your bank account's daily withdrawal limit.

I don't remember the exact limits, what I do remember is it varies widely from bank to bank. All I remember it's not much, but Bradescu is still your best bet, I think. The limits Lalabo mentions seem about right to me.

I also remember going from one Bradesco to another and it would sometimes let me withdraw more, even if the previous ATM didn't.

There are people running, biking and skating everywhere. I just did not see anyone in the basketball courts and football field, perhaps it was there too early. Use of mask in the park is mandatory and security reinforces this practice to whoever does not use one.

I often download the Portuguese subtitles of movies, to get a better understanding of Brazilian Porto phases, idioms and colloquialisms. I get entertained and learn at the same time.

I looked and looked, but here goes. What is the real world cost for a 40 year old no pre-existing conditions health insurance in Rio as opposed to SUS? Any price / age ranges data would be great, it is hard to imagine it could even close to the fucked up USA predatory system. Finally, I may get down to RIO next week, looks like via Panama is the fastest and I've found COPA to be a pretty good airline. I look forward to an Alcatraz like escape from USA sex prison and catch up with many of the esteemed folks here from some clothing free cultural exchanges with the local girls.
