Thanks for report. Does anyone know of action at Holiday Inn or Hyatt Wanchai - or - Hyatt Tsim Shi? About which bar and at what time.
I haven't read many reports re: Hotel girls.
I will try out Hotels soon and report back.

Cheers Nickc[/QUOTE]Hari's Bar at the Holiday Inn is quite unique. The bar is in the middle of the room instead of against a wall so easy to make "eye contact" across the bar. There is a band at one end that actually shuts up in between breaks (Neptune's music seems almost louder when the band stops) and there is a lounge area where you can sit for a quite chat. Almost like the perfect place.

The toilets are located out near the elevator so you can have a discrete chat if necessary, if you are staying at the Holiday Inn you can even slip up to your room without anyone knowing what you're up to. Seriously, they layout is perfect.

Always a good cross section of working girls, they seem to come in tour groups and so there is a bunch of one kind plus a mix of others but come back a few weeks later and it's all "new".

On the down side... drinks are expensive, pretty girls are expensive, you will usually (I say usually) have problems getting less than HK$1,000 for ST. I have seen guys pay HK$2,000 - $3,000 often which can make it tough for everyone else. You can sometimes get a good deal if you are staying at the hotel, but then the girl is tempted to run back down stairs for a double header.

The Chin Chin bar at the original TST Hyatt was a good place to find WG but since that went I am not sure of others. I haven't been to the new Hyatt or the HI on Hong Kong side yet so not sure of the set up.

Sticky Fingers on Mody Road in TST East (opposite the Royal Garden Hotel) is good for a Wan Chai style experience in Kowloon.

Dim lights, a bed with red plastic covered mattress, paper tissues all over the floor, an almost full ashtray and a pack of cigarette on the bed, one dirty pillow, a filthy shower with mildewy walls and a stanch to top it off.

I turned and said no and walked out and she shrugged her shoulders and said "okay"! Just like that! I walked down and the man was surprised to see me. He got up and said "Wait, I get you another" and I just kept walking...

Can not complain much though. If a Chinese gentleman walks into places in Wan Chai, he probably will be treated the same way I was treated in Chinese men territory!

Sorry to hear about your troubles. You don't often get that from girls in Hong Kong not wanting to go with gweilos but then again 8MK gets girls just turned 18 or 19 from out in the countryside that are pretty naive.

In general, other than some language issues, Mongkok is a place where gweilos are pretty well accepted, and certainly much better accepted by the girls than most girls accept Chinese guys in Wan Chai.

As for 8MK the place is a disgusting dump and I will never go back. Unless you really want to have an 18 year old and do not want to pay up for it the place should be avoided. I think it is by far the most disgusting walk up that I have been in around the Mong Kok area. And I mean by far, nothing else has come close to its poor level of hygiene and cleanliness. My guess is the nice room you walked into was the girl's "dorm" room, the pigsty was were she does the deed.

I am not sure if it makes a difference but she was not from around these area since she spoke Mandarin and as you know with the exception of Shenzhen, most around here speak Cantonese.

As far as "gweilos" being accepted in Mong Kok, I have had mixed reactions a few years back when I did a lil bit of play here. Just as an example, as I left 8MK, I kept walking and went through night market and up in front of me was a few tourists that couldn't be any more European looking and they were a lot younger than I and in god shape and behind them was an older Chinese gentleman and then me and these guys and I were totally ignored bye the SW and mamasans sitting around but they were calling after the Chinese gentleman and even one girl grabbed his arm and started walking with him trying to hook him. But as I said, I tried the yellow sign on the ladies market a few times and as much dumpy as it was, the service and quality were above average.

And BTW, there were a couple really hot ones at night market that night though not teenage young like 8MK.

The 'pleasure island' is located in WooSung Street off of Jordan. The total damage was $400 on the lady and $110 on the hotel room. The alloted time is 45 mins. The mama will show one girl at a time and you can have your pick. You can pay for two session with the same girl if you like, but 45 mins is usually enough.

I asked why Kowloon, and she said there is less competition from other Filipinas and she can make more money. When I asked her what she charged she said around 2000 for LT. I laughed and said I would stay in Wanchai, and then asked what she usually really got and it was still 3-400 HKD more than Wanchai and I suspect that she doesn't have to work as hard to hook one in Kowloon. This gal had a great personality and a cute figure, but she wouldn't stand out in a crowd until you started talking to her. I will admit the longer we talked the more attractive she became. She also said that she sometimes goes to a place in LKF called "C" bar I think, but I think that was as much to have some fun as hope to find a client. She said that a few of the working girls like to go to LKF, just to try to see if they can pick up a guy in a non P4P situation and get a few drinks. I did buy her a couple of drinks and off I went in pursuit, the cool think was the next day the Filipina gal sent me a sms and said thanks for the drinks and the chat, I hope to see you again. I thought this was a nice marketing tool and may look her up when she comes to HK...just to try something different.

Or Mody Rd? do you know the name of the Irish Bar? I think there is one on Nathan a few doors down toward the Sheraton. There is also one on Peking across the round and around the corner a little. I stopped by a few weeks ago and the choices were limited, and old. To me it was much better in the past.

I'm staying in HK for 3 nights in Feb. Where would you stay to be near to the best action - I assume Wanchai? Prepared to spend £80/90 per night, but would obviously prefer less. A colleague recommended the Cosmopolitan. what do you guys think?

Back there the following week and wanted to head over to Macau. Is it worth it? Should I stay there for a couple of days before heading back?

This is a good example of a totally useless answer.

I few weeks ago we has a shor discussion about a place in the night market that sold outfits and a line of fun toys at prices resonable to acquire an arnersal. These "rabbits" and the sexy outfits to be used in the battle to coral the female orgasm and also interject a little fun into process. I cannot find the post, even whit what is obviously a feeble attempt. Any body that could help me the location if the night market, I would the info appreciate it a lot. And what are the approximate times of operation of the vendors?

Peter[/QUOTE]Macau is more worth "overnight" :) Certainly there are things to be visited daytime, but if you want to enjoy the Macau' sauna, you should account visits after sunset:) Even if saunas are open 24hrs a day.
