If you are staying out of the main Farang tourist area you can get the Thai generic, Sidegra, for a very good price. Usually 100 Baht for 4 50's or 150 Baht for 4 100's. Consistent and good.
Sidegra official price, 100 bahts for 4 x50 MG, and 180 bahts for 4 x100 MG. In Sukumvit in Pattaya in Patong they all try to sell 30-50 above the real price. If they do, tell them the real price, or you can buy in local areas at official price.
I with Thailand had a real online hooker exchange like Hong Kong 141 where you can clearly browse hookers, see prices and locations.
Why would Thailand need that? It is already so easy to get a P4P-date and besides, although prostitution is not illegal in Thailand, advertising it too openly (i.e. "solliciting") might run afoul of the law.
Yes you can. You can also get the original too (imported from Australia I think).
I once bought Vitamin "V" in a regular pharmacy in Bangkok and it was imported from Austria. I found that very funny.

Personally I think this a real possibility under the current regime. I would not be surprised if things were far different a few years from now.

I would not be surprised if things were far different a few years from now.
That would be a bit ironic because I remember when Thaksin took power it seemed he wanted to close things down, at least to some extent. Now that the army is in charge (I assume they still basically are although I don't follow Thai politics that closely), there have been some indications they too may not be happy about the P4 P places.
But Indonesia is very different in that it is largely a Muslim country, and the anti-prostitution moves seem to be largely coming from that direction. One of the other sexual issues that is being discussed in Indonesia is whether gays should be generally shunned and prohibited from participating in daily life. The "liberal" position advocated, for example by their Minister of Religious Affairs, is gays should only be considered mentally ill and rather than being entirely shunned should be forced to be cured through psychotherapy. Not exactly the type of debate you would hear from governmental officials in Thailand.
So while it is possible Thailand might have clampdowns in the future, the analogy to Indonesia likely doesn't hold. In Indonesia the clampdowns have at their core Islamic thought (I. E. , the serious clampdowns, not the temporary ones designed to show muscle so as to receive more bribes); in Thailand I suspect it is more a result of globalization and the "we have to look respectable to other countries" mentality (although I'm sure one can think of other reasons and mine might not be the correct ones).
And from reading some other forums that is the case in other countries as well. Not just confined to Thailand. Jeez, what's the hobby going to be like in 15 years when I'm 65? FFS, one of the reasons for choosing Thailand was seeing all the older dudes with hot chicks back in '99. Now older dudes are with gals in their 40's. Urgh! And to top it off many of those gals have very lofty expectations.
I'm thinking the exact same thing. Back in the day, got a warm and fuzzy feeling whenever I would see an old crumbling codger with a relatively hot girl on his arm: "one day, that will be me! Seeing this is exceedingly rare these days in Thailand, though I've seen a few such couples in Jakarta last year (a rather homely old white guy with a bombshell Indonesian).
The future of PFP options seems bleak now. I do wonder, historically, how a good PFP scenes gets started, what are the key elements? The declines are easy to observe, but rises, not as much. Parts of Eastern Europe were good after the fall of communism, though it didn't last long, under 10 years in most places. Thailand was good since the 1970's, at least for westerners. Other parts of Asia were good for shorter periods. Is the decline in PFP irreversible, or is there a chance of a new hotspot popping up? I once believed Burma could be the next spot, but after visiting it doesn't feel likely.

Prostitution is so much an integral part of the Thai culture that it would take a few generations to change that.
Don't forget that the "farang" part of their sex-industry is such a small part of it that it hardly registers on the Thai's radar. Besides the whole sex-industry brings in so much money for so many people on all levels of the society that stopping it will make the military government very unpopular and that is the last thing they want.
Of course one can expect the regular token deference to "clean up" initiatives, but it will not go beyond closing a bar, arranging a press conference and carrying on as usual.
I think the crumbling old dodgers of now have wisened up and found out they are much better served and taking care of by middle aged (say around 40 years old) Thai women than by hot young spinners who hardly know how to cook a decent meal, do laundry, iron your shirt and do your housekeeping. Besides that, these more mature women are still good looking and enjoy a romp in the hay as much as you do.

Help to bang in Bangkok
Dear members,
Hope everyone is doing well.
I am going to be placed in Bangkok for 3 days starting tomorrow. I will be put up near Ratchaprarop road near Ratchathewi. I am looking for FS massage parlors in the area with a good fish bowl. I implore the seniors to kindly guide me through private messages. I want to know which MPs are good, which ladies to choose and what's the decent rate to offer as I would not want to offer to low and disrespect their service or pay more and disturb the market rates. Any guidance would be much appreciated and reciprocated if anyone wishes to know about mongering in Delhi or Mumbai.
Regards.

Mango. As good as ever
Went to Mango and took Anna yesterday. She has removed her braces and now looks fitter and more hard body.
Service as usual. Excellent and predictable.
Overall the cast is in decline, but one or two other decent looking ones.
Business is down and most of them were just sitting around.
Makes me wonder if they get more than 10-15 customers per day, all day.
Pete

The current regime has a very moralistic bend to it and cracking down would go along with their theme. Hell, they are looking to raise the alcohol tax yet again, not to raise revenue but to discourage drinking. I hope I am wrong, but I fear that things will be changing.
When mentioning Indonesia the scene there is almost completely local guys. No one ever thought that Korea would really crack down, but they did. No one ever thought that China would crack down, but now Chongping is but a memory.

Governments never learn. The USA banned the production and sale of all alcohol in the 1920's and that only caused the emergence of a huge black market for alcohol and a boost to organized crime.
Arguably it caused an increase of consumption of hard alcohol such as spirits and less of light alcohols such as beers.

Shopping addiction
I believe some of you will be able to answer me with this query of mine.
I'll be travelling to LOS coming weekend. Apart from mongering activities I've reserved 1-2 days for shopping & sight seeing as well. A friend of mine has asked to buy an Action camera like GoPro or SJCAM from Thailand. I'm also planning to get one, but I've no clue where can I get it. I know it will be available in BKK. I'd be thankful if somebody can help me out with locations / shops from where I can get this item for the best price.
And to this help I can give a beer party if we meet.
