My two cents on this (based on my experience)

It does mean companionship, friendship, intimate relation or accompaning someone. As per IPC (Indian Penal Code) , such relationship is not considered illegal, provided, it is between two adults. So the adverts that come in the news paper actually depict some personal services available in terms of friendship, connecting with people, having some good time spent with them, etc.
In fact, in the western countries (as I have gone through and am sure many of the fellow mongers here on the forum would also have) , all such adverts in news papers, on websites or any other media mention very specifically that "Money being charged is only for the time being spent with the escort. Whatever happens between the two is solely their own decision and mutual understanding, both being adults". This disclaimer keeps the websites or providers free from any illegal offence. Moreover, many of these countries have sex being accepted legally. In fact, until recent few yrs, sex in open places too was permitted in UK. It has been stopped recently from being conducted openly.
Now, in Indian terms, obviously, everyone knows what do such adverts actually mean and what is the intension behind those. But, still reason behind why some of such groups are ignored (or kept undercover by the LE) and some are busted might be linked to the regular "share" the LE guys get from them. So till the moment these guys keep the LEs "happy", they never get raided. Those who fail to do so, get busted. Also, the LEs need to showcase that they are doing their job and hence need to bust such places at times.
Again, completely my opinion. Senior mongers (like KP, SG, HL, Praj) , please do correct if you find anything inappropriate or incorrect. There is always scope to recorrect the (mis) understanding.

Sunday. Desperation. Anticipation. Dissapointment.
Hello all. Online after really long, so apologies to everyone who PM'd me in the meantime, have just checked it now and replied to almost all.
Anyways this is about Sunday, After reading L4B's FR and looking at neelem's pic, just could not help of avoiding her. I cancelled my trip to mahableshwar, just to meet this girl. Neelam. I went to viman nagar and tried to book a room in hotel shr* I* but they wanted my license for that, I was okey with it but my license is broken into pieces, I showed him that to which he denied me a room. He told me that was unacceptable and they want some other address proof, I had nothing else so I just left the hotel. Tried another hotel nearby, The same problem (Hotels have become very strict with this) but here the owner was a little nice and he told the Manager to rent me a room and he told me that if L. E. Comes then show them the pieces of license you have. This got me really worried but no looking back, I had already paid for the room, while going upstairs I asked the waiter if there was L. E. Problem and he told me that L. E. Had come there just a day before at around 4 am in the morning. This got me more worried. He also assured me that L. E. Won't come today as they'd visited just yesterday. I just thought of spending an hour or two there and move out quick then. So once in the room, I told her the room number and asked her when she will be there. She told me that she's in kalyani nagar and she will be there within next 10 minutes. I called her back after 10 minutes to which I got a reply that she will be there in 5 minutes. The same thing kept on happening for around half an hour. And later she stopped picking up my calls. I remember it was around 9 pm then and I continuously kept on calling her till 10. 20 pm, she never received a single call. [I was getting irritated, angry as well as I was feeling like why did I land up here today, nothing was going right. Was really expensive to start with, could not find a proper hotel, L. E fear, and now the girl wasnt picking up the call] Finally she answered my call around 10. 30, she apologised and told me that she was with another client and she ll be there within next 10 minutes, I told her that my cell's battery was almost over, she said that she will directly come to my room. After about 15 minutes, I decided to call her for one last time (cell's battery would not have permitted more calls anyways) this time her agent picked up the call and tells me that she's with a client and it will take more 20 minutes. I lost all my patience and decided to leave the room and go home. So I checked out. Completely wasting the hotel rent;. (. = ANTICIPATION.
I reached home and around 12 in the night, I got a call from her that she was coming to my hotel, to which I told her I was already home. (anyways johny still would not listen) so I asked her if we can meet now. She told me to call her agent and fix the meet. She passed on the number. I talked to her agent and he offered her for 7 k with hotel room in KP. I was okey with it, so I called her back and told her this. Now she wants to meet directly and not via agent (I could not understand a thing what was going on) and she wanted 7 k plus hotel I have to arrange. She told me that if I book her via her agent she won't be happy. Which would mean poor service so I decided to make her happy. And I told her that I will pick her up from camp, reached there really late around 1, again waited for a while and she came there in a car. She was wearing a very short 1 piece and I was on a bike (lot of L. E. S roam on the bike during the nite and if they would have spotted her with me in those sorta clothes, I definitely would have been liable to their questions. ] Anyways I decided not to waste more money on the hotel, so thought of taking her home as everyone was sleeping at that time and I had the back door keys. I think I really overpaid. The agent was happy with 5 k for 2 pops and I ended up paying 7 k for 1 pop = STUPIDITY. There's always a learning curve.

This FR elaborates it, I had a very very dissapointing session with her." is certainly true. This will happen seldom but I feel that there are certain external factors which lead to this. IMHO, the 'DAY' (Saturday &/or Sunday) and the 'TIME' when you actually decide to avail the services makes the difference. If I am not wrong, then L4B had the action during day time which is a bonus for her anyways. Usually what happens on weekends and especially in the night time is that things are just lined up and they just have to finish all the tasks and keep counting.
In a nutshell, they give customer satisfaction and customer retention a damn. Have they been thinking on those lines, the picture would have been completely different.
Again, just my 2 cents.
