General Info

Wanted to try something different last night. I read a previous report about Ethiopians at the Al Muroojh so I stopped there first. There were only a couple of Saudis there but it was only 8:45 so I could have been ahead of the crowd. Walked around the corner to Wranglers which is at the Grand Juffair Hotel. Busters is at the same hotel. The entrance to Wranglers is a stone's throw from Busters. Seemed bland at first with mostly Thai girls lining the walls playing games on their cell phones. However, it really started to pick up around 9:30 but by 10:00 it was a real party scene. If you're into hip hop music.

The Goods.

- Large variety of women. The variety of the women was more than what I expected (Thai, Chinese, Ethiopian, Moroccan and several middle eastern but not sure where). All varying in shapes and sizes (the most tits and as I've seen in a long time). A good bit of eye candy as compared to the bars with only Thai women. There were several older white women there. One was a working girl, not sure where from. The others seemed to be ex-pats looking to take advantage of the young male hormones (Cougars). Even noticed one buying her young buck drinks.

- All Hip Hop. Only a DJ but he was very good. Good enough to get the women up and moving which allows you to get a good look at their assets.

- Real club scene. Although the place was totally packed by 10:30, not everyone was there for the hobby. There were quite a few men (and women) only there for the club scene.

- Women not aggressive at all. Most will wait for you to approach them. Don't have to worry about some ugly duckling latching onto you (like Diggers).

The Bads.

- You have to really be into hip hop music. At 40+, you can't expect me to get on the dance floor to Jay-Z.

- Although the ages of men and women vary, there were clearly more of the young American males there.

- There were clearly more men than women and since not all of the women were working girls, it made it difficult to negotiate the prices. I was able to talk one of the Ethiopians down to 30 BD for 1 hour but one of her running mates told her to wait to see if someone was willing to pay more.

I finally ended up with a young Thai girl. I know I said I wanted something different than the Thai bars I've been hitting but she caught my eye when she started dancing. On Friday night I got a room at the Monroe Hotel. It was BD35 for the night. The reason I stayed there is because I had heard that the girls will knock on your door through out the night. I didn't want to spend money so I went to Hoora Plaza, which as I've mentioned on this forum before should be condemned. The rooms as I saw them before are hideous and the girls often look worse. Then I started calling girls and found that as much as the rooms had improved, the girls had not. Decided to make another run through Al Murooj and Grand Juffair. Saw a previous report that Al Murooj had a bar with Ethiopians but I believe the individual may have been referring to Wranglers. But have had some great fun with Uzbekis before in Northern Cyprus. You do find central Asian girls in Bahrain pretty routinely but most come from Chechnya or Georgia. I've also previously seen Azerbaijanis, Armenians, Kazakhs and Uzbeks. And of course plenty of Turks, who were originally central Asian.
