I often bring small gifts that I know they will use / like as a gesture of being polite as I have found it does in fact, pay huge dividends later. Before every mongering trip, I always make a stop at my local Dollar Store to pick up 10-15 Toothbrush Kits (toothbrush, toothpaste, and dental floss) and 6-7 bags of chocolate candy. Total costs is minimal and I can easily hand-carry it during the flight.

Would I return? Maybe in summer when prices are slashed by half according to what I heard.

For various reasons the price goes up not entirely the fault of mongers. It all depends on the supply situation, financial status, job availability etc. Although the girls are making 10 times the money compared to cost of living these days nobody wants to open their legs for less. Getting girls for your expected rate depends on the game you have.
