This one is located in Kondapur right after the botanical garden. On top of jockey showroom.

Been there twice so far and paid for a 9 visit package of 1 HR. 10 k damages for it.

First time, went with someone named lucky. Started with massage for 30 minutes and it was OK. Then she asked about extras, said 5 k for FN B2 B. Negotiated and paid 3. 5 k. Beside the arambham restaurant, you will find a cellar parking and then a complex entry staircase. You can go first floor and it will be in the left corner. You will find the spa name on the glass door.

I happend to contact Sp mohan who is very strict about verification and reference before showing up the collection he had. I was able to use the reference from a brother in the forum.
