Much safer and better rate than carrying cash around.

I believe Fidelity also does that, but so far I have opted not to have checking / savings or an ATM / credit card through them, since I am more than eligible with an ' Active Trader Account' and do several hundred trades a year. And, that's because, as an ex Citibanker with a Gold account, I always withdrew in local currency directly out of my Citi checking and / or savings accounts, to get around daily withdrawal ATM limits, where / when applicable. But, just recently, Citi has starting charging a 3 PC fee and so I promptly moved to get rid of my Gold Status just because I was pissed off with that change.

One thing though to bear in mind, is that even though CS or Fidelity may refund ATM transaction fees, for out of network, there is still a mark up through FX spread and top up, whereas with Citi there was none for Gold accounts, with the FX being very close to the published rates, which are usually based on a minimum of 1 MM USD FX trades.

A girl can be very sensual, sexy, and suggest wanting it without getting aggressive, without being too low class. I am not too critical of girls going a bit far in a "dirty" way, as they have seen that this tactic works for hooking many Farang customers, even if the girl does not have the benefit of superb looks. " Schwab claims it does not levy a foreign currency transaction fee; is the "top up" something else?

Below is where they get the rates from. I've checked and they're always much better than the cash rate. There is no bank fee after refund.
