Thanks for the help and the tips you gave me. I did look through the thread before posting, and the prices that are mentioned are always in €100+ range. That is why I started the new report. I did not know about your blog, I checked it out this morning and will go through it again.

That is when writing reports you have a specified time in which to do it. This is part of the ISG set up determined by Jackson, the owner / webmaster. While I have never timed it I think it is somewhere around 30 mins. Before the report window times out and you lose your report if you have not saved it.

I would suggest always writing longer reports in a text editing program and then copying and pasting into the report field only when finished. At the very least copy the report frequently to the clip board to save your self losing long reports.
