I guess entire row houses / bars types were functional. Didn't window shop hence.

Safe. What's not to like.
Still don't get why barfines in Pattaya are 1,000 and up. I can see limiting girls to short time to keep them in the Bar.
Problem is it's lose lose. Bar gets no barfine girls get no customers.
Rainbow Nana Plaza. It's like a revolution door as girls keep getting Barfined over and over and over again.
P.S. I saw an Arab negotiating with a massage girl soi 4 Nana. He got 1 000 baht all in for sex. Girl quite pretty. Only drawback to me was she a bit Plumpish.
I've seen middle eastern and Indian s barfining recently.
I had a married Thai lady stay with me last night in Koh Larn. In the morning, she posted photos of the hotel on Facebook, writing in German for her husband back in Germany.
No, I didn't fuck her. My rule is no fucking ladies with Farang boyfriends, you never know when you might meet them.
She doesn't fuck customers, only her Thai boyfriend, who is 15 years younger than her and works in a karaoke bar. In other words, he's a money board. But, like 100% of Thai ladies, she swears she doesn't give him money. So, according to her, he gives up nights he could be making money to fuck her for free.
Her friends claim she gives him so much money, she has trouble sending money to her family.

They have a great 99 baht breakfast, a decent 79 baht burger and fries. Don't expect a big burger patty, nice size fish and chips as well as some other specials.
Take care of your health.
BTW the chick I was talking about is her. Do you know if she provides service? Were you able to score her?
-JizzyB.
I've seen her I think. Never took her to the back room.
If you are not ashamed of your offer, then you are offering too much.
In reality you are right.
I paid the price of the taxi motobike found around the corner between Kinarree and Tree Town 100 bahts. And I was ashamed to negotiate 20 bahts for the ride.
And then I discovered Pattaya Bolt . The same trip is 40 bahts. I add a tip of 20 bahts in general.
In proportion the price difference is great. More than 2 times. Now I think the street motobike taxi probably tends to take the farangs for idiots.
It is sure that Bolt makes a severe competition with the motobikes of the street corners. Sometimes a driver would hide because he (or she) was afraid of being discovered by a street motobike and being boxed.

I wanted a motorbike ride to WS. There was a motorbike taxi in front of the hotel, so I asked him how much. He quoted me 100 baht. I laughed and said NOPE. I booked a bolt for 40 baht. Wouldn't you know it? He looks at his phone (Bolt alert), looks at me and smiles. He drops me off at WS and I tip 10 baht.
Any go to places to eat you guys can recommend in Central Pattaya?
If you like sushi, I highly recommend WASHI sushi at Terminal 21. Best AYCE sushi I had in all of Pattaya. The food court at the top of Terminal 21 is also pretty good and prices are about the same as street food (about 40-50 baht) with lots of variety. If you like ribs, I highly recommend Beefeater. They have AYCE ribs on Sat and Sundays for a little over 300 baht. Sukishi in Central Pattaya Mall was very good for Korean bbq. If you haven't tried it yet, I recommend giving mookata a try. It's basically Thai BBQ:
S Pattaya Rd, Pattaya City, Bang Lamung District, Chon Buri 20150, Thailand.

But isn't it a bit weird? Basically tipping 10 to communicate "dick with us foreigners all you want, we're so dense we'll even tip you to show our appreciation of your poor faith behavior" yikes.

Thanks for all rec's.
