My first trip to medellin

I have been reading the forum for a couple of years on and off and I just returned from my first trip to Medellin! I wanted to share my first experience with everyone and help those who have not been before have the best possible time there. First I want to say that I am married, so I don't monger at home. I have to travel for work a lot so that is when I play. I came to Medellin to consult one of the volunteer Organizations that have volunteers teach English, clean parks and many other jobs. I won't go into details about what I did for them because that is not what this forum is for. I want to also note that I do not speak much Spanish.
When I arrived at the airport I looked for a taxi. When I was looking for a taxi I was looking for a male driver between 20-30 years old. In my past experience it is these guys who know the city well and who would be able to help me find the best ways to monger in the city. After about five minutes of looking I found a young man who's name was Marcos. I gave him my address that I would be staying in Pablado. On the way to the Airbnb I found that he spoke decent English so I asked him if he new of any brothels he could take me to. He new many so I told him that my price per day would be around 200 K Cops. Marcos said he can take me to places he frequents which would cost me around 90 k but the women are usually not the type foreigners go for. He said if I was willing to pay 150 k per session he would take me to a high end place called Fantasia Energy (also shortened to Energy). Once I settled in my apartment Marcos and I went to energy and once we arrived I offered to get him a girl. I wanted to make friends with him so that I had someone who had intimate knowledge of the city. He said he could not because he had to work, but he gave me his number so I could call him when I was done. He said the area was relatively safe, but there are some allies where groups of men hang out and decide to trouble gringos on a whim. I'm sure it was just a scare tactic, but I did not know my way back anyways and I did plan on calling him for a ride anyways.
Upon entering energy the mamasan sat me down and communicated in a little English and brought me the line up one by one. All the girls here where 8 and above. I know looks are subjective so if you go there it will be up to you to decide, but I feel like I have pretty high standards. I settled on Carolina for my first visit. She took me in the back and told me to lay down for a massage, but I refused and asked her to get undressed so that I could massage her (I used google translate). She looked a little shocked but put in the translator that I am the client and I can get what I want. I am sex coach here in the United States as a side job so I use Tantra and yoni massage techniques multiple times a week on clients as well as teach husbands how to do it on their wives. I massaged Carolina for about thirty minutes and she orgasmed twice during the yoni massage. I then pulled her off the massage bed and bent her over and put on a condom (they have condoms there but I bring my own). We had sex for around thirty minutes when a knock at the door came and I guess the lady was saying my time was up. Carolina replies and she asked for my phone and translated that I need to finish quickly. I lasted about another five minutes and I was done. We talked another five minutes over translate and I got her number. I told her that if I am going to pay 150 K Cop I would prefer her to get all of it. I came back to energy everyday for my first week because it was very clean and the girls were attractive and I did this method with each girl. I got 4 numbers in total.
The next week Marcos took me to a place he likes to go (I believe it was club de Amigas). This area looked much more shady than energy. The price at this place was 90 k Cop for 45 minutes. They did not offer any longer. The girls here ranged from 4-7. They had 7 girls working each day I went. I tried the normal routine I did at energy, but out of the 7 days I went only 3 girls agreed to let me massage them, but all three gave me their numbers. Something I should mention is when I go to places like this I don't just grab the most attractive girl. When the girls are introduced to me I look for their smile when they are presented. The way they smile at you is a very good hint on how well they are going to service you. The only girls that smiled at me were the three I got numbers from.
During this week I also hit the city with Marcos and told him to take me to bars and restaurants he eats at. I met many of his friends who spoke worse English than he, but Marcos was a very willing translator. He often pointed out the working girls in the bars we hung out in and told me the prices they normally charged if I fancied one. At his bars the girls often asked 50 K for 30 minutes or 70 K for an hour. The times I did take girls I offered 100 k for the whole night and I usually got a yes if it was after 10 pm (not always but a good 70%. I treated these girls the same as the massage girls from energy and got their numbers in the morning after we got breakfast together in Pablado.
My second and last month there I was getting calls about four times a week from the various girls I hired the previous month. I often got these calls around 10 Pm or 11. When I inquired why they called when they arrived it was because things were slow that day and they needed guaranteed money (they also threw in that I treated them well and had fun with me).
The reason I am sharing my experience is because some of these girls go to touristy areas and frequent clubs and they have told me that they usually ask for 300 k minimum in those places for gringos. That price shocked me, but when I asked why they charged me so little the girls who met while I was out with Marcos said because I met her in a place where Colombians meet and I new the going price. The girls at energy that told me they charged that much said I met them at energy and the price for an hour there was much less and they at least made all 150 k if I met with them after hours on the slow day.
Going to a place where prostitution is legal and abundant is great, but don't be afraid to make friends with locals who know the scene. As I stated in the beginning my limit for pay to play was 200 k. The only times I came close to that was on days where I went to 90 k massage parlors and took a girl back for a night after hanging out with Marcos at 100 k. Sure there will be guys who want to be big ballers and will jack the price up for everyone else in the tourist spots, but don't be that idiot. If you went to buy a brand new car from two dealers next to each other. Would you spend more money on the same brand new car if it was cheaper at the location next door. Me personally I say fuck no. Some people out there do pay more though. Remember that women want sex too. If a girl gives us a good time for the right price we will use them again. Well if we as mongers give a girl a good time for the right payment they will want to see us too. I hope this helps anyone planning on heading to Medellin. Very important information! Thank you. I'm going in two weeks so this was a major key. If your feeling out the form, it ask you your origin country. United States. America. North America are not on the list. For those that don't know it's buried in the E section titled "Estados United ".
Also while on the subject. Uber is no longer in Colombia and wasn't operating while I was there 2 weeks ago. All the chicas are using an app called En Taxi. Very similar to Uber except you get to name your own price. It pings all the taxi drivers where you are going and how much you are offering. You will then get a list of official taxi drivers that accept that drive and price. It will show all their info, distance, driver photo and car info. Once they accept you, you then get to pick which driver you want from the list. You'll see their car on the map moving just like Uber. It's pretty cool and maybe an upgrade overall.
