You ask a tough question. The only early evening option, aside form Soapies and MPs (and the Den) I can think of is Bier Garden Soi 7 or the Hillary bars.

I walk with them about 10-12 minutes to my apartment and don't know that the full experience has ever been noticeably less than 3 hours, including that walk time.
