IMO, Sosua is, and will always be, a "transactional" environment. We are there to buy and many of them are quite willing to sell.

I'm just wrapping up 2 weeks here. I have been coming here a couple times a year since 2018. I have a pretty good network of girls at this point so on each trip I usually see some of my old friends and pick up a few new ones. I have never been anywhere else to monger so I can't speak to if Sosua is better or worse than anywhere else. All I can tell you is that I enjoy coming here and always have a good time. I think a big part of that is because when I come to Sosua I'm familiar with everything and see people alot of people that I already know and I like that. In my opinion this forum is to discuss Sosua and information about what is happening here, not about why other places are better.

On to my report.

There is no shortage of women here. Yes in the past there have been more to choose from and the streets were busier, but it is the middle of summer. Before there were 20 girls around that fit what I was looking for. Now there are only 10. But having 10 to choose from every night really isn't that bad to me. They have all shapes sizes and colors available here. The police are really out right now and harassing and arresting the girls. I've never seen it this bad it is definitely causing issues for mongering. I'm not sure what the end game is for the police as its been going on for years now.

In general the girls are looking for 5000 pesos for short time. Depending on all the normal mongering factors they will take alot less. Service is good all around. YMMV. I'm always clear about what I expect from my girls and they usually give it to me. If they don't I just cut them out. I also am respectful to them and treat them well. Yes its p4 p but they are still human beings. Not all of them care but alot do. The prices I've paid for women haven't really changed since my first trip in 2018.

So that's about it. If you are thinking about coming to Sosua I say go for it. If you don't have a good time here then mongering probably isn't for you. This place is pretty much set up to facilitate easy mongering.

In February there was a reduced lack of talent and numbers. It is not seasonal.

5000 pesos is about $85, used to be too much in Sosua but in Santo Domingo it was about right. 3500 was about right for Sosua a couple of years ago.

I met one 8. 5/10 with white dentist created teeth, very doable, and she would not negotiate or come down from her price, after 2 days of back and forth on Whatsapp, so I took a girl of lesser quality.

I would state there is a presumption in the DR, that all the girls will try to steal from you or short change you, regardless of whether you treat them like girl friends, buy them a meal, or not. Do not turn your back on them and go in the shower, or they will be going thru your pants and stealing from your pockets and wallet. They think they own your mini-bar and will take anything inside without a thought. If you pay for the whole night, like an idiot, they will all whine and tell you their aunt is sick in the ER of the hospital and need to go early, keep whining until you let them go.

You have been warned. WGs from the DR are not to be trusted, they are not your friend at any moment. They are there to get your money and most don't care 2 cents about you.

I was just there and paying with tip between 2300 and 2800, literally half. These were nice girls too, mostly Haitians, some Dominicans, slim thick with good personalities. I was with over a dozen and only had one girl I'd consider subpar in performance. I usually went out around 8 p to start the hunt. Good number of girls to choose from, not overwhelming, but more than enough. I'm just curious as to why such a price discrepancy. Can you elaborate a little more on your experiences? What types of girls are asking that much, what type do you look for, are you asking them or telling them what you'll pay, do you speak Spanish, what time of day or night are you pulling, are these new girls or regulars asking this much? That might help some of the newbies coming to the board.

I don't speak conversational Spanish. I can get by a little but use a translator app on my phone. Sorry when I said $5000 pesos I meant that's what they all think they are worth and should be getting LOL. Normally what I do if I see a girl I like I get her wassa and tell her I don't speak Spanish very well. Then we chat a bit and if the vibes are right I ask her how much. Usually that results in a 4 to 5 k ask for me but yes you can almost always get them down to even as low as 1500 but the problem with going that low generally is at that point you really can't expect good service. And a girl might be less likely to take less on a weekend night or if its busy out etc. Its after 2 am or during the day that they are more agreeable to shorter money usually. The types I look for good question. I'm not into big booties thick women etc. I like slim girls maybe a little meat. Cute face. Spunky attitudes. Not too big on the Haitians but I do see them also.

Based upon your race, ethnicity and looks. So here's the thing I had BBFS with 90% of the Dominicans and 0% Haitian women and this includes the infamous light skinned DR women! If my hotel is not Chica friendly, what short time hotels do you all recommend that are decent and will not break the bank. And require you to check in with an ID?

Last time I stayed at the Sosua Inn I caught every girl going thru my things when I was either in the bathroom or they were in the bathroom themselves.

I think getting a girl Long time is not worth it simply for the peace of mind that you are not going to get robbed.

Normally when I negotiate with the chicas I negotiate the amount of leche's instead of time.

I also speak zero spanish LOL.
