I can only imagine a better hospital system in Medellin. Only two things that are lacking in Medellin; one, there is no Apple Store in the city, if you crack your phone's screen, you can't use your AppleCare. I think you may have it reversed. Like you said, Medellin has better public transportation. The equivalent of Metro is how many Teslas? The problem is the pollution from the buses but I read they are going to add a fleet of electric buses.

Heading to Medellin for the first time later this week. I've done a similar trip to Pattaya but I hear Colombia is very different. I will be in Medellin for the first time this Wednesday and staying for a week. I did my research and read through the thread. I also am meeting some friends that have been there before. I have mongering experiences in the DR (3 times) Costa Rica twice and Aruba. If a guy does good research, without trying to plan out every minute, I think he has a better chance of success early on. The average chica is already pretty good. She's probably got at least a good body, probably clean, well kept and friendly. Anyone he starts with is likely to exceed expectations.

After that, he has a benchmark you're trying to beat. Search out prettier girls, better bodies and higher prices. But he ends up replacing service with looks. Nevertheless, my greatest fear in a tourism dependent third world country is under reporting for fear of loss of foreign revenue. Look at the Philippines and Indonesia with about 10 cases each. Really? With thousands in Italy?

I ask how long they will stay because some will say 1 hour and I don't meet with them typically because I don't like rushing like that.
