But some guys believe that their Thai lady is different. So, if they see her Facebook, either they will see posts showing her Thai boyfriend, or lots of dining out with customers when she says she needs money because she isn't working.

You don't have to engage the girl in these videos all of the time, she don't expect that you focus on her all the time, just that the video stays on. Its not common for us westerners, but its pretty much an eastern asian thing or sth, they are not as productive as westerners and they are not as private as us, so they use this video call all day everyday and everywhere.
It will get tiresome if you always talk to her for hours, but if you just let the video roll in the background (sometimes not talking to eachother for 30 minutes or an hour, but that you still kinda see what she is doing etc), you'll get used to it.

Riding on the sidewalk is just not possible as there are too many obstacles, you may land head first in a uncovered manhole.
