I stayed at Caesar Park in 2002 and succeeded in getting a GDP into my room quite easily. I had her meet me in the bar and from there we nonchalantly walked to the elevator. This will probably work only in the daytime and only if the girl looks "respectable," i.e. not like a prostitute. If anyone stops you on the way to the elevator, just say you are going to the rooftop restaurant.

The only termas within walking distance is the very controversial Centaurus. Best take a taxi to L'uomo or the metro to 4x4.

Talking about Caesar Park let me ask you a question.

Does anybody here knows if one of those massagists who work in 2 points in front of CP on the beach are also gdp's?

I remember that years ago one of us said that a massagist went with him to CP but it was a girl that is not there anymore.

Have a good time in Rio. I think it is worth it to give Karla's a shot. I wanted to get Marisol Buenos because I liked her body and saw her face in the book, but she was always busy. A friend of mine went to Rio after me and was able to get her. He said she was good. I know if I saw her in a terma I would take her for sure, so to me 120R for her for 2 hours is a very good deal.

Most GDP's include the back door as part of the service, kind of like Pay One Price for all 3 holes!

Caesar Park is really not GDP friendly, if I recall a friend had to pay R150 extra for an overnight guest. If you plan on ordering in, I suggest finding a better hotel or rent a flat. If price is no object and you need to have hotel service may I suggest The Promenade Visconti in Ipanema.

Actually there is no need to take a taxi from Ceasar Park to L'uomo or Monte Carlo for that matter. Not any more. Simply walk four blocks to the newly opened General Osorio metro in Ipanema and ride the train to the Siqueira Campos stop. From there, L'uomo is about a block away on the second floor of a commercial center. MC is about four blocks away on Hilario de Gouveia.

As stated earlier the only Termas that is a close walk is Centaurus. You could theoretically walk to Solarium if you want to get a bit of exercise (it's a long walk). I have walked to Solarium from Ipanema before but I don't make a habit of it and certainly don't advise doing it unless you are in good shape.

Went to Balcony on Tuesday night, saw several familiar faces from HELP. Did not get any of the reported "hard sell" tactics and didn't ask prices so can't offer intel on that. After maybe half an hour went to "Erotica, " basically dead inside. Stayed through the 2 drinks included in the cover then returned to Balcony for another look C. Still nothing of interest. Decided to check out Dolce Vita as it looked like there was some action there. BOY WAS THERE! The place was PACKED! Looked to be about equal guys to girls and again lots of familiar HELP faces. Action was similar to HELP, I. E. Chat, dance, drink, etc. Again, none of the "hard sell" others have reported. Did kind of chat up one girl but by that time the 3 or 4 too many Cuba Libres I'd had had caught up with me and I knew it'd be a waste of time to take her so I left. FITW, hung over as hell the next day.
